"Simon is a very lovely and kind gentleman. He took great care of my dog, Teddy, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. His home is cozy, warm, and very clean, which made it the perfect environment for Teddy to feel comfortable. On top of that, Simon’s rates are much more affordable than many other sitters I looked into, without compromising on the quality of care. He’s responsive and clearly communicates. "Laura and Quentin are outstanding pet sitters! I left my cat with them for a month when i travelled overseas, and receiving their daily, funny, and thoughtful picture updates truly brightened my days! They both love and care immensely about animals and are very knowledgeable on everything cat related. Their house is truly a cat heaven, fully equipped to make sure cats staying there get enrichment activities, window views, and cosy resting places. I cannot recommend them enough! I'm so happy I found them, and will 100% book them again. This is rare to find, do not hesitate to book them! "

"Winnie was a fantastic pet sitter! From the beginning, communication was smooth and reassuring. While we were away, she took great care of our dog — feeding her on schedule, keeping everything clean, and making sure she felt comfortable and loved. "Madeline, Marius and Molly welcomed me and my doggo into their home with a big smile and a warm welcome. I knew straight away that Apollo would be taken care of and treated as if he was their own, they obviously had a great understanding of working breed dogs and how to keep them entertained. He swam in the pool, went to Manly for a walk and made great friends with Molly. 2 working breed dogs could be a huge success or a big fail. This was definitely a roaring success and the 3M's will be my number 1 choice for future bookings. Thank you for giving Apollo a fun day while I travelled, he is looking forward to the next time 😀. Honey was actually with Tracey & Josh for four nights, Sunday to Thursday, and we couldn't be happier with the obvious 1st Class treatment our fur baby "Honey", received. The spring in her step, when we picked her up, indicated that she'd been properly fed and watered and obviously taken on long and interesting walks.
We came from Newcastle to stay in Sydney so a meet and greet was not possible. No problem. Tracey is a great communicator and coped with all the fiddly changes we threw at her, including the cut on Honey's mouth that required the application of cream, and horror of all horrors a cone of shame.
We think Honey was beautifully cared for, the daily photo updates were welcome and underpin the care and attention extended to Honey. We have no hesitation recommending Tracey & Josh to anyone for their pet-sitting requirements."
