"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter for Frankie! I had to change the dates several times due to the pandemic and Karen was very accommodating and flexible. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the many updates and photos she shared of Frankie while taking care of him - they were very reassuring! I highly recommend Karen and will definitely rebook her should I require a pet sitter again."

"The service I received from Suna and her family was fantastic, kept me updated with photos and videos and was very communicative. They had a very handsome live in sausage or their own and our dogs got along great. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them as a sitter. "

"I've used several different sitters over time and I have to say, Vivienne has been the best by far! Others didn't send enough photos, or communication/detail was poor etc.....Vivienne kept in touch with us before and after Indie's stay, was very organised and detailed re her care, and sent us daily photos and videos (which is a must for us....anxious dog parents!) with updates on how our girl was doing. We could see that Indie was having a great time and had settled in beautifully with Vivienne. We felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. It was clear Indie was being loved and spoiled - Vivienne is a true dog lover and it shows. Would 100% recommend and we will be booking Vivienne for all future boarding and day care if she is free."

"Tamara is an amazing pet sitter! This is the second time we’ve used Tamara and she took wonderful care of our two senior dogs, including managing their medication needs with care and reliability. "Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again! "I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Louise. From the moment we met, it was clear how much Louise and her partner genuinely love and understand Frenchies in particular. Henry took to them right away, which gave me immediate peace of mind.
Throughout the entire stay, she provided regular updates, including photos and little notes about how things were going. It meant so much to know Henry was not only well cared for, but also happy and relaxed in my absence.
Henry came back home calm, healthy, and clearly well-loved. Henry was sad when he came home because of how much he missed Louise. It’s such a relief to know we have someone trustworthy and kind to rely on whenever we need to be away. I highly recommend Louise to anyone looking for an attentive, responsible, and compassionate sitter!

"We've had Elaine look after our furbaby twice now and both times she and her partner have taken great care of him. Our doggo is a very picky eater but Elaine caters to his silly needs.
Elaine's own furbabies play really well with our shy doggo and he really misses their company when he comes home.

"This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video! "We left our 9 year old anxious furbaby with Kate and she really took care of him. We were anxious initially however Kate’s personality and knowledge about dog caring during the meet and greet assured us that our furbaby will be in great care. We received photos and communication which also had us at ease. Our furbaby also required some medication administered which Kate was great at."

"Anastacia was a pleasure to deal with. Her communication from the onset was great and attentive to our needs and our dog’s needs, which made it easy to know that she was the right fit. Her two dogs who are a similar breed to ours were also relaxed and welcomed the new friend. This gave us comfort but also meant our dog had someone else to play with. Her yard was also large which meant that there was plenty of room to play.
Anastacia took our god for walks, sent photos and gave us regular updates.
Would be delighted to go back to Anastacia for either an overnight stay or just a day in the week for our dog.
