"I can’t thank Rikky enough for the incredible care he & his partner are giving to our dog, Zoey, over the past two months. Leaving a pet for such a long time can be stressful, but from the very beginning Rikky made the whole experience reassuring and worry-free.
Zoey absolutely loves it there—she settled in so quickly and has been treated like family. Rikky goes above and beyond with daily care, playtime, and attention, and it’s clear that he truly understands and loves animals. "This was our first time using a dog sitter and Melissa stood out for us from the start. We were away for a fortnight and our Tilly had not spent that much time away from us, so we were anxious as to how she would go. Melissa and her family treated Tilly as their own (even letting Tilly sleep on her bed). We would definitely use Melissa again. "Finding the right pet sitter for Syrus was critical for us being able to enjoy our recent three-week overseas holiday. Russ and Bron (and their balanced dogs) made this possible. Sy very clearly settled in well with the other dogs (so much easier than we'd expected) and we felt well informed about how he was doing the entire time we were away. It was so wonderful to see him looking relaxed and making new doggy friends. It made all the difference for us. "I was nervous about leaving Millie (maltese x poodle) in an unfamiliar place, however, she seemed happy in the house from the moment we walked in. It was reassuring to know that Joji prefers to care for 1 dog at a time, and that meant that Millie received lots of one-on-one attention and care from Joji and her family. Joji was happy to provide updates during the stay too. Millie will return for another stay soon."

"Thank you so much for your high level of care and love you showed to our animals while we were away.
We had our 3 month old German Shepherd puppy stay with Shauna for a week and he was super spoilt! It was great he was with other puppers too, I truely think he was missing them all once we got home! Shauna also did house visits for us to feed the cat and fish and both were very well looked after! We also received so many photos it was very comforting to know our pets were in such great and loving hands.
No hesitation in recommending Shauna, so much so that we have booked a week with her again to host our pup and another house visit.
Shauna truely has a gift with animals and a genuine love for all pets."

U won’t be disappointed or worried your pets r in the best hands Emma and family were amazing words cannot describe how happy and grateful we are to have found her to baby sit my two frenchie girls Ava and rose (mummy and baby )
Emma’s communication was fantastic
Pic msgs and txt and in the photos we were so lucky to see how well my girls were being treated allowed on there family lounges carpets and beds and all over the house the photos with there children were so lovely and so reassuring for us and could allow us to have a stress free wonderful holiday
We haven’t ever left our girls with anyone they live inside with us like our other children and to have seen that Emma and family treated them just how we do was really so comforting and just so wonderful of them so appreciated I would recommend Emma and family to anyone and I would use again anytime we went away again absolutely brilliant communication and looked after my babies just how I would our dogs sleep with us in bed every single night we were so worried what leaving them for a month would do but they both came back just the same happy and healthy

"Bodie has recently stayed in Merilyn’s home for 8 wonderful days. The care he received was outstanding and I couldn’t be happier, neither could Bodie. His every need was catered for, and he was cuddled, fed, walked , played with, bathed, and generally loved, to within an inch of his life. I’m not even sure whether he was particularly keen to come back home! He went back for daycare a couple of days later, and was so excited to go back to his “home away from home”.
Merilyn sent me regular photos of my boy, making himself at home and looking very contented. While he was there, his ear started playing up, and Merilyn immediately took him to see our Vet and diligently treated the problem until my return.
What a great service, which begs the question, why would you use a regular boarding kennel when such a happy alternative is available?

"I couldn’t recommend Rob & Family enough. They’re an incredible alternative to kennels, having no dogs themselves, they have plenty of love and attention to give your furry friends. "We knew Julie, Ken and Xavier were the right people to look after Luna right from the moment we read their profile and we weren't wrong. They are now known as Luna's other parents and they loved her as much as we love her. We know our cat and she definitely missed them when we brought her home.
