"From first contact Alida was amazing.
This was the first time boarding my pet jack Russell, so I was very happy with how polite and welcoming Alida was and helped me through the process.
Alida and her family went above and beyond with not just boarding my pet but creating exciting experiences for him with a paddle pool, walks and a spot on the couch to watch tv and a nap. "This was Miru’s first overnight stay with Catherine, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Catherine took such wonderful care of him and was very attentive to his needs.
