"Jonis was absolutely superb while looking after my mini dachshund over the weekend. My dog is very clingy, loves constant human interaction, and can get quite anxious when he’s away from me, but Jonis handled him perfectly. He made a real effort to keep him comfortable, calm, and well cared for the entire time. Communication was excellent and it was clear from the start that Jonis genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. I felt completely confident leaving my dog in his care and could tell he was treated with kindness and patience.
I would highly recommend Jonis to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and compassionate sitter. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again."

"I like to give my honest & positive reviews to Chris & Yuhan. From the moment they met my girl, I could tell they are a true animal lover. I was feeling abit nervous leaving my girl behind the first 2 days but Chris & Yuhan completely put my mind at ease. They sent regular updates and photos, great communication, they followed my feeding, the daily routine instructions perfectly.
My girl bonded with them so well and it was such a comfort to know my fur baby were in such safe, attentive hands. They both treated my girl like a baby indeed, spoiled and loved by them so much. I also want to give a special shout out to Yuhan putting extra efforts cleaning & tying up my girl's hair, brushing daily. I really appreciated it. They are the best dog sitters I've met, genuinely great people. Highly recommend!"

We cannot thank Ruby enough for the exceptional care she gave our dog Koby while we were overseas for a month. From day one, she went above and beyond – sending us daily photos and videos that gave us immense peace of mind and many smiles along the way. 🐶❤️
Koby truly had a holiday of his own! Ruby not only cared for him like he was her own, but also gave him enriching walks, taught him new tricks, and even treated him to gourmet dog meals (he was completely spoiled and loved every minute of it!). She was attentive, thoughtful, and so genuinely loving – even adjusting his walking gear to ensure his comfort.
We could tell from every message and update just how happy and relaxed Koby was. He formed a beautiful bond with her dog, Patches, and we honestly think he came back fitter, happier, and maybe even a little cheekier than when we left. 😄
Ruby is a gem – kind, trustworthy, and clearly passionate about animals. We would not hesitate to book her again and feel lucky to have found someone who treated Koby like family.

"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lexi (and Darcy).
She communicates so well right from the beginning and throughout the stay, keeping me updated with photos and messages which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away.
My cat is an absolute chatterbox who meows non-stop for food and attention. Lexi showed soo much patience with him, keeping him relaxed and entertained. So much so that he didn’t want to come home when I went to pick him up!
Would absolutely recommend these guys to look after your fur family!"

"Christine and Neil recently took care of our giant furball, Ralph, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Leaving Ralph for the first time had us feeling quite anxious, but their daily updates truly put our minds at ease. It was clear from the photos and messages that Ralph was not only well cared for but also absolutely spoilt. They treated him like their own, giving him all the attention and love a big boy like Ralph deserves.

You know she truly cares about the doggos she looks after, as she messaged me after the booking to check in and see how my fur baby was doing after having an upset tummy. "I recently booked Jennifer and Troy through Pawshake to look after my two furbabies Chino and Orie for a week while I was on holiday, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. It was my first time ever leaving my dogs with someone new, but from the very beginning, Jennifer and Troy made me feel comfortable and confident that my dogs were in good hands.
One of the main reasons I chose them was the way they instantly connected with my dogs and the thoughtful, pet-friendly environment they provide. Their home felt safe, welcoming, and perfect for my dogs’ needs. Throughout the entire week, they kept me updated every single day with photos, videos, and messages—letting me know how my dogs were doing, what their day looked like, and how they were settling in. Those updates gave me so much peace of mind and made it easy to enjoy my holiday without worrying.
Most importantly, my babies came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. They looked like they truly enjoyed their stay and felt right at home with Jennifer and Troy. I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care and attention they provided.

"I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Guillermo took such wonderful care of my dog Meeko, for the past four weeks, and I’m so grateful for their attention and love. They kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away on a work trip.

"Meg is a great sitter. She cared very well for our cat for a week and was also very easy to communicate with. My cat had a private room that was spacious and clean and had lots of engaging toys and climbing things. Meg also kept me updated with photos and little reports on how my cat was doing. She has a camera on in the cat's room and you can download an app to observe your cat at any time. I will definitely recommend Meg to anyone in need of a pet sitter and will use her again next time."

"We were looking for an absolute unicorn of a dog sitter. Fairly short notice over the peak xmas period for a disabled special needs dog our boy Mack. We found that in Raz!. We did an initial meet and greet followed by a trial one night stay to see if this would be a suitable fit. Mack boarded with Raz for 1 week. At all times Raz had a quick response time to any messages and always friendly and polite. We were kept up to date with photos. Mack is paralysed in his rear legs and Raz even took him for walks in a little buggy so he could get out and about. He also takes medication and Raz is super organised and diligent in making sure all instructions were followed. Raz made sure Mack was happy and engaged with balls and toys and really went above and beyond in caring for our special boy and clearly loves dogs.I would use Raz's sitting services again - I don't think there would be many sitters capable of taking on a dog as high needs as Mack. Highly recommend Raz and Mack came well cared for with a beautiful xmas teddy to play with when he got home! Thank you Raz "
