"We had a wonderful experience with Alejandra! It was our first time leaving Muise for dog boarding, and Alejandra was the perfect choice. She’s so nice and accommodating, and we truly believe Muise felt pampered with all the attention he received. Their location was perfect, a fully fenced backyard area for curious adventures and Muise also enjoyed his lakeside walks and outdoor adventures. Alejandra kept us in the loop with lots of photos and updates, and she was always quick to respond. We’ll definitely be using her services again and highly recommend Alejandra to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter!"

"I highly recommend them as a dog sitter. They took such great care of my dog and treated him like their own. I really appreciated the regular updates on his daily routine and wellbeing, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. They also made sure he got plenty of exercise, taking him to the park and keeping him active and happy.

"I like to give my honest & positive reviews to Chris & Yuhan. From the moment they met my girl, I could tell they are a true animal lover. I was feeling abit nervous leaving my girl behind the first 2 days but Chris & Yuhan completely put my mind at ease. They sent regular updates and photos, great communication, they followed my feeding, the daily routine instructions perfectly.
My girl bonded with them so well and it was such a comfort to know my fur baby were in such safe, attentive hands. They both treated my girl like a baby indeed, spoiled and loved by them so much. I also want to give a special shout out to Yuhan putting extra efforts cleaning & tying up my girl's hair, brushing daily. I really appreciated it. They are the best dog sitters I've met, genuinely great people. Highly recommend!"

"Christine and Neil recently took care of our giant furball, Ralph, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Leaving Ralph for the first time had us feeling quite anxious, but their daily updates truly put our minds at ease. It was clear from the photos and messages that Ralph was not only well cared for but also absolutely spoilt. They treated him like their own, giving him all the attention and love a big boy like Ralph deserves.

"I recently booked Jennifer and Troy through Pawshake to look after my two furbabies Chino and Orie for a week while I was on holiday, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. It was my first time ever leaving my dogs with someone new, but from the very beginning, Jennifer and Troy made me feel comfortable and confident that my dogs were in good hands.
One of the main reasons I chose them was the way they instantly connected with my dogs and the thoughtful, pet-friendly environment they provide. Their home felt safe, welcoming, and perfect for my dogs’ needs. Throughout the entire week, they kept me updated every single day with photos, videos, and messages—letting me know how my dogs were doing, what their day looked like, and how they were settling in. Those updates gave me so much peace of mind and made it easy to enjoy my holiday without worrying.
Most importantly, my babies came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. They looked like they truly enjoyed their stay and felt right at home with Jennifer and Troy. I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care and attention they provided.

"First time using this service, I didn’t know what to expect. But Kat was amazing!
You know she truly cares about the doggos she looks after, as she messaged me after the booking to check in and see how my fur baby was doing after having an upset tummy. "We were looking for an absolute unicorn of a dog sitter. Fairly short notice over the peak xmas period for a disabled special needs dog our boy Mack. We found that in Raz!. We did an initial meet and greet followed by a trial one night stay to see if this would be a suitable fit. Mack boarded with Raz for 1 week. At all times Raz had a quick response time to any messages and always friendly and polite. We were kept up to date with photos. Mack is paralysed in his rear legs and Raz even took him for walks in a little buggy so he could get out and about. He also takes medication and Raz is super organised and diligent in making sure all instructions were followed. Raz made sure Mack was happy and engaged with balls and toys and really went above and beyond in caring for our special boy and clearly loves dogs.I would use Raz's sitting services again - I don't think there would be many sitters capable of taking on a dog as high needs as Mack. Highly recommend Raz and Mack came well cared for with a beautiful xmas teddy to play with when he got home! Thank you Raz "

"Larina was amazing. Easy and quick to communicate with, accommodated us at short notice, and she offered a meet and greet at the location my pet would stay, and even met her family and said hello. My pet felt very comfortable. She asked many questions to make sure my pet was comfortable and what their routine was like. During the stay, she updated with photos and messages throughout. "We have gone with Jimmy multiple times since the beginning, and he has been caring and reliable. He treats my little mini dachshund, Tux, like family, allowing him to cuddle on the couch and in his bed. Jimmy’s dogs and cat seem good with Tux, and this is important because Tux can get pretty cautious with other dogs. Jimmy slowly introduces his pets to Tux to ensure it makes him feel comfortable. Have gone with Jimmy for both doggy day care and short boarding. Would recommend. "
