"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter for Frankie! I had to change the dates several times due to the pandemic and Karen was very accommodating and flexible. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the many updates and photos she shared of Frankie while taking care of him - they were very reassuring! I highly recommend Karen and will definitely rebook her should I require a pet sitter again."

"Jessica and her husband are very fantastic pet sitters. Our dogs initially didn’t get along with other dogs. However, after we left them with Jessica and her husband, they managed to get along with other dogs and are now extremely friendly! Super thankful for what they have done with the dogs. Additionally, they always sent daily updates and photos of the dogs during our holiday ensuring that they were in good hands and were enjoying their stay. They are very trustworthy and caring towards the dogs and we would highly recommend their services. Looking forward to future holidays knowing that our dogs enjoyed the stay and are in very capable hands."

"We recently had our precious cat RaRa stay with Gemma for boarding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Gemma took such loving and attentive care of RaRa treating her as if she were her own.
She regularly sent us warm messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away.
We felt completely comfortable knowing RaRa was in such kind and caring hands.

"Shane looked after our two “mature” dogs for 5 days. They haven’t been away from us for several years now, but as soon as they met Shane he engaged with them and we could see that they would be comfortable in his care. Shane’s house and yard is perfectly set up to welcome doggy guests, with indoor and outdoor options depending on what your pet is used to. He is very accommodating in meeting your pet’s needs, and he genuinely cares. When one of our dogs had an unexpected medical emergency, Shane monitored her closely and then when her condition worsened he did not hesitate to get her to a vet for medical care while our other dog was cared for by Shane’s family. We feel extremely grateful that we chose Shane to look after our dogs on this occasion as he handled the situation so well. He is very experienced with dogs of different breeds and ages, and his communication was excellent throughout their stay with updates and photos to reassure us they were having a great time. I would not hesitate to book our dogs in to stay with Shane and his family again. Very highly recommended. "

"Simon is a very lovely and kind gentleman. He took great care of my dog, Teddy, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. His home is cozy, warm, and very clean, which made it the perfect environment for Teddy to feel comfortable. "Madeline, Marius and Molly welcomed me and my doggo into their home with a big smile and a warm welcome. I knew straight away that Apollo would be taken care of and treated as if he was their own, they obviously had a great understanding of working breed dogs and how to keep them entertained. He swam in the pool, went to Manly for a walk and made great friends with Molly. 2 working breed dogs could be a huge success or a big fail. This was definitely a roaring success and the 3M's will be my number 1 choice for future bookings. Thank you for giving Apollo a fun day while I travelled, he is looking forward to the next time 😀. Highly recommend"

"Hiromi took such great care of Ella and kept us updated each day, which we really appreciated. We had Milo stay for 3 nights with Kartika. Throughout the stay, we were constantly getting updates on how Milo was doing. Kartika even took Milo was a super long walk along with her other dog.

Honey was actually with Tracey & Josh for four nights, Sunday to Thursday, and we couldn't be happier with the obvious 1st Class treatment our fur baby "Honey", received. The spring in her step, when we picked her up, indicated that she'd been properly fed and watered and obviously taken on long and interesting walks.
We came from Newcastle to stay in Sydney so a meet and greet was not possible. No problem. Tracey is a great communicator and coped with all the fiddly changes we threw at her, including the cut on Honey's mouth that required the application of cream, and horror of all horrors a cone of shame.
We think Honey was beautifully cared for, the daily photo updates were welcome and underpin the care and attention extended to Honey. We have no hesitation recommending Tracey & Josh to anyone for their pet-sitting requirements."

"This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video!
