"Qian and Ryan and their whole family has taken very good care of our dog when we needed it most. Our dog was treated like family and was very happy staying with them with lots of love and cuddles. We are updated regularly on how our fur baby was going throughout the stay. Her boy plays great piano and our dog loved it! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back! Thanks Qian and Ryan!"

"Kate kept in contact with me the whole time I was away, sending photos and updates. I could tell that Kate has a background in education and care as she was incredibly nurturing and caring of my anxious pup. She quickly understood all of his quirks and was able to cater to all of his needs. Kate would be perfect for any pet who needs that extra bit of love. "We had boarded our pet cat with Means. They took great care of him and sent daily updates with photos and videos. Though our cat usually isn’t the friendliest, he got along very well with Means and her cat. We are sure that he had the best time with them during the couple of days we were away. She made sure to make him comfortable with the new environment. So much so that when we had gone to pick our cat up, he was reluctant to come with us😅. Thanks again Means."

"Nora was fantastic! She handled pickup and drop-off for the pups and was incredibly conscientious about their behavior, stress levels, reactivity, and triggers. She even checked in advance to make sure her home and dog would be a good fit for mine, that thoughtfulness meant a lot.
She cooked them a home-cooked meal to supplement their bulking diet, took them on walks, played with them, and sent regular, detailed updates complete with photo and video montages. She worked around my availability and was easy to communicate with throughout. I’m already booking again as the boys clearly loved her. I’m already rebooking her for this weekend. She treated my boys like her own. I couldn’t be more grateful."

"I couldn't recommend Caitlyn highly enough! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Her communication was fantastic, and she was so lovely, accommodating and attentive. She sent me plenty of photos and videos, which gave me such peace of mind knowing my dog was in great hands.
What I particularly appreciated was her initiative. I'd forgotten to pack my dog's puppy mats, and rather than making it an issue, she simply went out and purchased some, which I happily reimbursed her for. It was that kind of thoughtfulness that made the whole experience so stress-free.
It's clear Caitlyn genuinely cares about the animals she looks after and goes above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone, and I'd absolutely use her services again without a second thought. Thank you, Caitlyn! ❤️🐾
