"Olga and Ro were the BEST pet sitters I've experienced! Olga kept me updated with lots of photos that reassured me that my dogs were definately having their best times, and I was able to enjoy my holidays 100%. They looked after my dogs as if they were their own🥹 it even made me a bit jealous! Any concerns raised were immediately addressed and reassured too. "Clyde our much-loved Westie was looked after by Lee and Tom Bates for the period Wed Sep 2 - Sat Oct 10 (38 nights) whilst we were overseas on a cruise. During this time, he was well cared for, loved and treated as part of the family. Along the way, we were supplied with many updates and happy snaps. Unfortunately for Clyde at the later part of his stay, he had an unexpected medical episode that required urgent Veterinary services and consequent surgery. All Clyde’s personal details i.e. vet, vaccinations etc. were supplied to his Carers prior to leaving.
At the time of the incident our Carers handled all matters in an extremely professional manner, with the utmost care and love to assist with Clyde’s immediate circumstances and ongoing wellbeing. We were stuck in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean at the time unable to assist which as could be imagined was extremely distressing. We received constant updates on his condition along with many follow-up photos. They also arranged for our Vet to contact us directly with a complete update of Clyde’s condition and full details pertaining to his surgery. This was very reassuring and greatly appreciated. In short, all was handled as we would have done ourselves had we been there at the time. Thanks to Lee and Tom, Clyde is well and truly on the road to recovery and back to his cheeky self. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

"We had a really positive experience with Nikki and her partner Pedro for dog boarding. I was quite anxious about leaving our boys with someone new, as we usually have friends look after them, but they gave us great peace of mind from the start. They were responsive and reassuring whenever I checked in, which made a big difference.
They handled our two big, high-energy dogs confidently and with care, which isn’t always easy, and it was clear they were well looked after. We really appreciated their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others!"

Juliette exceeded my expectations by a massive amount. Everything on her profile is 100% accurate, upon meeting Juliette it was abundantly clear that this lady loves dogs.
Juliette and her partner took such good care of my dog and even spoiled her. They did more than was required and kept up a steady stream of photos and videos while I was away on holiday.

"Anitha was just amazing with our dog. Right from the get-go, she was prompt with communications, asked the right questions about his every day care and was very open in her first visit. We left our dog with Anitha for almost 3 weeks and she updated us daily on whatsapp whilst we were overseas with wonderful photos and updates on his eating and exercise. It made us feel confident and secure that he was getting the best care. We searched for a while to find the right sitter and we are so glad we found Anitha who was the right price point and gave us such value and security. Our dog was loved and cared for just like in our home and that made all the difference. We definitely rate Anitha highly and will use her service again. "

"Natalie is a wonderful pet sitter who takes excellent care of our puppy ! Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pup! When we came home after our weekend away our pet was relaxed and happy.
During our time away Natalie sent us photos of our baby having fun which was really nice 🙂

"Jen does an amazing job looking after our puppies - particularly one of our dogs who requires medication management and a special diet. Nothing is too much trouble and I know the puppies are being well looked after. We get regular updates and know all care is being taken to keep them happy.
We have had Jen look after our puppies a couple of times already and will definitely do so again! "
