Your warmth, care and compassion for such a long period alleviated our fears of leaving our family member for so long. "Thank you so much to Nina and Dereck for looking after our 4 month old Golden Retriever puppy Daisy. They made all efforts to stick to her comforts and routine and she had the best time! I loved being kept updated with pictures and their house has the perfect enclosed backyard for the dogs to be free but safe and secure. "After the initial meet-n-greet, we booked Reg for a stay with Austen .
Austen was great at managing Reg’s medications and care schedule. He also worked from home a few days a week, so Reg wasn’t left for extended periods by himself.
Reg came home happy and healthy.
Couldn’t ask for more.

"This was Miru’s first overnight stay with Catherine, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Catherine took such wonderful care of him and was very attentive to his needs.
She sent us lots of photos and videos throughout his stay, which was really reassuring and made us feel like we could see how he was doing. It was clear that Miru was well looked after and comfortable.
