"Meg is a great sitter. She cared very well for our cat for a week and was also very easy to communicate with. My cat had a private room that was spacious and clean and had lots of engaging toys and climbing things. Meg also kept me updated with photos and little reports on how my cat was doing. She has a camera on in the cat's room and you can download an app to observe your cat at any time. I will definitely recommend Meg to anyone in need of a pet sitter and will use her again next time."

"We were looking for an absolute unicorn of a dog sitter. Fairly short notice over the peak xmas period for a disabled special needs dog our boy Mack. We found that in Raz!. We did an initial meet and greet followed by a trial one night stay to see if this would be a suitable fit. Mack boarded with Raz for 1 week. At all times Raz had a quick response time to any messages and always friendly and polite. We were kept up to date with photos. Mack is paralysed in his rear legs and Raz even took him for walks in a little buggy so he could get out and about. He also takes medication and Raz is super organised and diligent in making sure all instructions were followed. Raz made sure Mack was happy and engaged with balls and toys and really went above and beyond in caring for our special boy and clearly loves dogs.I would use Raz's sitting services again - I don't think there would be many sitters capable of taking on a dog as high needs as Mack. Highly recommend Raz and Mack came well cared for with a beautiful xmas teddy to play with when he got home! Thank you Raz "

"Troy and Jess were absolutely wonderful pet sitters for our pug, Douglas. From the moment we left him in their care, we felt completely reassured. They sent constant updates and photos, which made such a difference and helped us feel connected to Douglas while we were away.
It was so clear that they genuinely cared for him and treated him like one of their own. Douglas looked happy, relaxed and so well looked after the entire time. Knowing he was in such kind and attentive hands gave us complete peace of mind.
We were so impressed with the level of care, communication and warmth from both Troy and Jess. We’ve already booked them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring and reliable pet sitters.

"We take this opportunity to really thank Joemol of JT’s Pet Club – a real pet loving family for their customised support who took excellent care of our 16 week old puppy “Skye” for 3 days at their house during the second week of April 2019. Even though it was 3rd time we used the service, we were overwhelmed by the way our puppy connected and behaving with them during the ‘meet-and-greet” and that affectionate approach made us to decide straight away in their favour. They both relate well with our puppy and easy to deal with. We are more than happy with the way both Joemol & her husband Binsu looked after our little girl Staffy.
Witnessed their professional approach and good communication flow, which was highly exceptional to meet our customised needs for Skye. This loving family (including their little daughter who was playful with our puppy) and after our holidays when we reached to pick Skye up, we felt that Skye is energetic, playful and nothing was lacking in her care.
Our family cannot thank and compliment them enough, as they took great care of our small girl and they went above and beyond with their service and care. We will definitely using their service next time and we highly recommend with great confidence and can assure that your pet will be receiving the best of care and experience. "I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Guillermo took such wonderful care of my dog Meeko, for the past four weeks, and I’m so grateful for their attention and love. They kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away on a work trip.

"Couldn’t have been happier with the care Michael, Kelly and their lovely dog, Teddy, gave my two Border Collies. "Very good with communication. He cooked poached chicken for my baby as well, and bought more when it ran out.
