"Sascha is an amazing super pet sitter. We entrusted our 9 y.o rescue staffy Lockor with him for 11 nights on our first overseas trip since the pandemic. We were nervous, especially with Lockor having separation anxiety and dog aggression. Sascha is the best, he took the time to arrange meet & greets prior to booking and also asked if we would like Lockor to come over for a visit 1 week prior to our trip, so our dog could get acquainted with him and his lovely wife Tamara.
During our trip, Sascha provided so many updates, most of which were him pampering our dog so much so I think our dog was the one having a holiday!!! Communication was amazing + Sascha went above and beyond.
We cannot thank you enough Sascha and Lockor is definitely looking forward to many more stays.

"Nick looked after Flash for doggy day care at his place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was punctual, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the day with photos and messages. It was great to see Flash having such a good time. Flash absolutely loves Nick and was comfortable with him from the start. Nick was patient, caring, and made sure Flash was well looked after. "Thanks Xin Yu for taking such great care of our little Buddy during our overseas trip. We could tell he absolutely loved his time with you! Xin did a wonderful job; she is caring, attentive, and easy-going.
Buddy requires daily medication, and Xin handled it without any issues. She even kindly offered to help get more from the vet if we ran out, which we really appreciated. She regularly shared lovely photos and updates, while we were away.
