"Kate and her partner Richie were the most wonderful pet sitters, I couldn’t recommend them more highly! My mini poodle has some social/anxiety issues which made me really nervous about leaving her with strangers. We met a few days prior and despite my dog not being on her best behaviour they understood and still wanted to mind her. With their love, care and approach she was so well looked after and I was reviving daily updates with her snuggling and walking well off lead with them. I was able to have the most relaxing few days away knowing my fur baby was in absolutely the best hands. Thanks guys! 🐾🫶🏼"

"Hayley and Martin are everything you wish for in a pet sitter - Quick to respond, great communication (reassuring/understanding with lots of photo updates etc), flexible and attentive to any puppy rules you have in place.
As soon as I met with them and their furbaby poppy i immediately felt at ease. They clearly adore animals and Sarah (my puppy with a human name) took to all of them immediately - I think she tried to follow them home after our meet and greet.
I'm looking to book again whilst I am away on a 7 day holiday if they are available and also planning to book in regular day care with them.
This is my first experience with pawshake and having my pup away fr home. I spent hours thinking, worrying, stressing, biting my nails etc but I needn't have worried. I'm really thrilled to have found Hayley, Martin and poppy!"

"Absolutely amazing experience. Naturally, we were skeptical about leaving our beloved Groodle with anyone we have never met before but instantly Andrew and Yun made us feel comfortable. They even came past our house twice before the booking to meet and greet and get to know benji so he was comfortable. They sent us regular photos and updates! I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend. They are also local to me so huge bonus :) thanks Andrew and Yun. "

"Emma and Ren looked after my dog, Loki, while I was away for a week. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that they provided.
From the moment I contacted them through Pawshake, Emma and Ren were extremely professional and responsive. They set up a meet-and-greet with Loki beforehand to ensure that he would be comfortable with them, which put my mind at ease.
During the week, they sent me daily updates and photos, which made me feel connected, even though I was away. I could tell that they were giving him plenty of love and attention, as he seemed happy and relaxed in all the pictures.
When I picked up Loki, he was in great spirits and seemed to have enjoyed his time. They had even taken him on walks and to the park, which he loves. I could tell that they treated him like their own pet and that he was well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Emma and Ren to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring petsitter. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that Loki was happy and comfortable, and if I need to go away again, I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, Emma and Ren, for taking such great care of Loki!"

"Ciara has a lovely open apartment 5Min walk from Sydney Park, a major criteria for me. My 2 dogs settled in very quickly, thankfully they are very adaptable doggies now 8yo siblings. Ciara had pics to me ea day just to reassure me they were enjoying their park run around, asleep at her place (on the lounge) and general wellbeing Very friendly young girl & partner, loves dogs that was obvious. "Olga made booking with her very easy. she was incredibly responsive and nothing was a hassle. We did a meet and greet prior to booking and her and her husband were so patient with our dog who is highly energetic, excitable and can be a bit anxious.
They took excellent care of our dog and regularly sent pictures.
Our dog was sad to be leaving and kept looking out the window for Olga as we were driving away.
Highly recommend Olga and her husband and would re-book with them when the need arises.

"As soon as we met Cristina, we knew we had found the right sitter for our toy poodle, Charlie. She looked after Charlie like she was her own dog.
