For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Caloundra QLD for a doggy day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Caloundra QLD Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer doggy day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Caloundra QLD sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Hi there my name is Michelle, and I love animals...especially dogs!
My husband and I just moved to Australia recently and can't wait to get involved with some doggies here!
I grew up with a number of pets including a dog, who was called Ginger, a hampster, and other various animals along the way (The fish was the least interactive pet- much prefered the dog!).
My parents often took in foster dogs and puppies, so I was constantly around dogs. I have worked for other platfrom, a Canadian company that offers dog walking and dog sitting. I have taken care of many breeds from labs, dauschounds, terriers, greyhounds, pointers, doodles, etc! The doodles/bernadoodles are my fav, they just have such a lovely disposition and seem to get along with everyone. I have my own lovely doodle named Nello- though he's more of a rug/ teddy bear than a dog.
Anyway, love to give a dog some good exercise- with the odd treat. Positive behaviour reinforcement!
I am able to do 30-60 minutes for a walk. If it is a home visit between 1-3 hours. Would prefer to have 1 dog at once, or 2 dogs from the same home is also ok.
Happy to run with the dog, or go for a long scenic walk, or even a frisbee toss!
I believe a dog that is well exercised, and shown affection is the happiest kind of dog (and usually better behaved!)
Can't wait to meet the next doggy!

Hello, I’ve spent my life around all kinds of animals and adore them.I have more than 8 years' worth of experience doing on and off petsitting in other people’s homes.I'm 30 and have looked after all sorts of pets with different needs.I try to keep to the pet's routines as closely as possible and be attentive to the small details for them.I can care for pets for check ins, walks, feeding, overnight stays, daycare etc.I work from home but still like to be pre-advised if a pet has very high supervision needs please, and is unable to be alone for certain amounts of time, and made aware of any behavioural issues, or any special requirements.I want your pets to feel as calm and comfortable as they can while you're away and am happy to accommodate them as best I can.I’m available anytime as I work from home (unless I’m booked into another petsit). For house visits that are check-ins/feeds, I will spend about 30-45 minutes with your pet. On walks I will spend at least 30 minutes exercising them.I can do housesits that are any length of time unless I’m booked at another one.My experience with pets includes owning horses, cats, birds, dogs, and petsitting dogs and cats.I have a police check that I can happily supply.Reviews are helpful for my profile and I appreciate you leaving one if you wish to.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to view my profile. My names Teagan and I have a broad range of experience caring for animals. I currently have 3 fur baby's at home. 2 cats (Tikka and Chickpea) and a medium sized dog (Dusty). As someone who grew up on acreage I have had a wide range of pets including farm animals (chooks, ducks, horses and goats), birds (cockatiels, conures, finches and quail), dogs (kelpie, border collies, heelers, corgis and staffies), cats and fish.I also have experience pet sitting reptiles such as bearded dragons and pythons and pet sitting smaller pets such as Guinea pigs.I volunteered with the RSPCA as a foster carer and as a part of this I have undertaken multiple animal care courses. I love all animals no matter what shape or size and promise to do everything I can to make your pet feel loved and comfortable while you are away.Home visits include:Visits will be a minimum of 30 minutes (depending on animal type)Feeding and ensuring they have clean fresh water.Play time and cuddles, litter scooping and clean up, any specific requests (eg. Administering medication, giving a good brush etc.) Please also let me know if you want the mail brought in, bins taken out or brought in or plants watered.Dog walking includes:30 minute dog walkYour location choice (around the neighborhood, nearby dog park or beach etc.) Please reach out if you have any questions and I look forward to hearing from you.

I’m Carina, a lifelong animal lover and dog mum to two rescue dogs, Milo and Isa. I offer dog boarding ($65/night, +$35 for a second dog), doggy daycare ($50/day, +$35 for a second dog), 30-minute dog walks ($30, +$10 for an additional dog from the same household), and home visits for dogs and cats ($50, or two visits to the same household for $90). I only offer cat care as home visits. My services include feeding, fresh water, playtime, cuddles, toilet/litter checks, photo updates and following your pet’s usual routine. I can administer medication if clear instructions are provided, but I don’t offer formal training or grooming. For boarding and daycare, I stay home and supervise guest dogs full-time. My partner also works from home, so pets have regular company. I can supervise guest pets 24/7 for boarding and only accept up to two guest dogs at a time.I require a meet-and-greet before boarding to make sure your dog gets along well with my dogs. For dogs over 45kg, I also like to meet first to ensure my space suits their needs. I accept all breeds.I walk no more than two dogs at a time. I may walk dogs from different clients together, unless otherwise discussed and arranged beforehand. I offer one to two 30-minute walks per day, depending on your dog’s needs.I offer pick-up and drop-off for $35, which may increase if you are more than 20km away. Home visit prices include travel within 20km and may also increase for longer distances.I live with my partner and our two rescue dogs. Guest dogs can sleep indoors in a comfortable area, either near us or separately if they need quiet space. We have two separate, fully fenced garden areas with secure gates, allowing dogs to be managed separately if needed.I’m happy to arrange a meet-and-greet before bookings so everyone feels comfortable.
