"We recently entrusted our beloved 8-year-old Labrador, Posto, to Cathy for a few days, and we could not be more thrilled with the experience. From our initial meeting to the moment we picked him up, it was clear that Cathy offers more than just pet-sitting—she offers a truly nurturing, home-like environment where dogs are treated as cherished family members.
The Initial Impression: Professionalism Meets Empathy -
Before the stay, we were immediately impressed by Cathy's professionalism. She asked thorough questions not just about Posto’s physical needs (feeding schedule, medication, walk routine) but also about his personality, his comfort cues, and any anxieties he might have. As an 8-year-old Labrador, Posto is past his puppy phase and is settling into his senior years. While still energetic, he appreciates his routine. Cathy listened intently, showing a genuine empathy that immediately put us at ease.
She didn't treat him like "just another booking"; she treated him like a valued individual. This attention to detail during the consultation phase was the first major sign that we had made the right choice.
The Stay: Unwavering Care and Comfort
The quality of care Posto received during his stay was nothing short of exceptional. The primary goal we had for any sitter was to ensure Posto felt "at home," and Cathy delivered on this promise beautifully.
Maintaining Routine and Comfort -
Labs thrive on routine, and Cathy expertly maintained Posto’s established schedule. His mealtimes were punctual and his walks were stimulating. This consistency is crucial for an older dog, as it minimizes stress and confusion.
More importantly, Cathy went above and beyond to replicate the comforts of our own house. She allowed Posto to snuggle on approved furniture (just like he does at home), had a dedicated space for his favourite blanket and toys, and created an environment that was calm and predictable. This intentional effort to recreate his familiar surroundings is what truly made him feel at ease.
Communication: Peace of Mind Ensured
The communication throughout the booking was outstanding. We received regular updates, beautiful photos, and even short videos that honestly made our time away much more relaxing. Knowing Posto was not just okay, but was genuinely happy and thriving, allowed us to fully enjoy our trip without any underlying worry.
The Farewell: A Happy, Relaxed Dog
The ultimate measure of a great dog sitter is the state of the dog upon pickup. When we arrived, Posto was relaxed, clean, and demonstrably happy. There were no signs of stress, agitation, or anxious energy. He greeted us with his usual enthusiasm but was clearly just as comfortable saying goodbye to Cathy—a clear indicator that a strong, positive bond had formed during his stay.

"I can't recommend Alexndra enough as a dog sitter! She took amazing care of my two dogs, Romeo (a playful Golden Retriever) and Juliet (my sweet naughty Beagle). From the moment we met her, I knew they were in great hands.
Alexandra was attentive, loving, and made sure both of them got plenty of exercise, cuddles, and attention. "May and Ye made our dogs Aria and Rupert feel welcome at their home. They were both very friendly. They made sure Aria and Rupert settled in their home and their dog also. They sent me an update how the dogs were going and some photos. The photos showed they were settled and enjoyed themselves. The backyard was big that the dogs loved running around and playing. I would recommend May and Ye because they are easy to communicate and helped our dogs settled in because it was their first time to be in a dog sitter’s home and they enjoyed it. Not only are they good dog sitter they are also price affordable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

"We had the most wonderful experience with Roisin, who cared for our dog Troy while we were away.
This was a last-minute booking after our regular pet sitter became unavailable, and Roisin was incredibly quick to respond. Even though she doesn’t usually take big dogs, she kindly accepted our request which already meant so much to us.
From day one, she went above and beyond. She sent daily updates, spent quality time playing with Troy in the backyard, took him for walks, and even to the dog park. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was not just being looked after, but genuinely cared for and loved.

"Julien and Samantha were absolutely amazing with our dog, Crunchy. They provided such detailed, thoughtful, and considered care, seamlessly accommodating all of his unique quirks and personality. Their two gorgeous Aussie Doodles kept him company the entire time, making it a truly wonderful environment for him.
The regular video updates and photos they sent completely relieved our anxiety. It was clear they were visibly interacting with Crunchy, offering genuine affection and emotional care and love. Their updates beautifully demonstrated that this is a home where guest dogs are truly treated like family.

We cannot thank Ruby enough for the exceptional care she gave our dog Koby while we were overseas for a month. From day one, she went above and beyond – sending us daily photos and videos that gave us immense peace of mind and many smiles along the way. 🐶❤️
Koby truly had a holiday of his own! Ruby not only cared for him like he was her own, but also gave him enriching walks, taught him new tricks, and even treated him to gourmet dog meals (he was completely spoiled and loved every minute of it!). She was attentive, thoughtful, and so genuinely loving – even adjusting his walking gear to ensure his comfort.
We could tell from every message and update just how happy and relaxed Koby was. He formed a beautiful bond with her dog, Patches, and we honestly think he came back fitter, happier, and maybe even a little cheekier than when we left. 😄
Ruby is a gem – kind, trustworthy, and clearly passionate about animals. We would not hesitate to book her again and feel lucky to have found someone who treated Koby like family.

"Anthony and Lorenzo took care of our dog, Kayu, for nearly three weeks, and we couldn’t have asked for better sitters! They were incredibly attentive, providing daily updates with multiple pictures and videos that kept us connected to Kayu throughout. It was clear from the updates that Kayu was not only well cared for but truly happy, comfortable, and having so much fun in their care. They took great care of our dog Mochi for two weeks while we were on holiday.
From the beginning, Sherica was responsive and quick to organise a meet and greet, which made the entire process easy and smooth.
This was also our first time boarding Mochi and it was clear that he was in great hands since they went above and beyond by providing regular updates and accommodating to his dietary needs.
Mochi had an absolute blast, especially playing with their dog Leo and we can tell that he was happy, relaxed, and well taken care of.

"I like to give my honest & positive reviews to Chris & Yuhan. From the moment they met my girl, I could tell they are a true animal lover. I was feeling abit nervous leaving my girl behind the first 2 days but Chris & Yuhan completely put my mind at ease. They sent regular updates and photos, great communication, they followed my feeding, the daily routine instructions perfectly.
My girl bonded with them so well and it was such a comfort to know my fur baby were in such safe, attentive hands. They both treated my girl like a baby indeed, spoiled and loved by them so much. I also want to give a special shout out to Yuhan putting extra efforts cleaning & tying up my girl's hair, brushing daily. I really appreciated it. They are the best dog sitters I've met, genuinely great people. Highly recommend!"
