When my dog wasn't feeling well she took great care and let me know his progress the whole way up until he was feeling better. Couldn't recommend her and Phoenix more!! "Very good with communication. He cooked poached chicken for my baby as well, and bought more when it ran out.
My pet is comfortable around him now which is a good sign because my pet rarely spends a long time alone with someone.
Definitely will get back to him when I work away from home again.

"Troy and Jess were absolutely wonderful pet sitters for our pug, Douglas. From the moment we left him in their care, we felt completely reassured. They sent constant updates and photos, which made such a difference and helped us feel connected to Douglas while we were away.
It was so clear that they genuinely cared for him and treated him like one of their own. Douglas looked happy, relaxed and so well looked after the entire time. Knowing he was in such kind and attentive hands gave us complete peace of mind.
We were so impressed with the level of care, communication and warmth from both Troy and Jess. We’ve already booked them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring and reliable pet sitters.

"We take this opportunity to really thank Joemol of JT’s Pet Club – a real pet loving family for their customised support who took excellent care of our 16 week old puppy “Skye” for 3 days at their house during the second week of April 2019. Even though it was 3rd time we used the service, we were overwhelmed by the way our puppy connected and behaving with them during the ‘meet-and-greet” and that affectionate approach made us to decide straight away in their favour. They both relate well with our puppy and easy to deal with. We are more than happy with the way both Joemol & her husband Binsu looked after our little girl Staffy.
Witnessed their professional approach and good communication flow, which was highly exceptional to meet our customised needs for Skye. This loving family (including their little daughter who was playful with our puppy) and after our holidays when we reached to pick Skye up, we felt that Skye is energetic, playful and nothing was lacking in her care.
Our family cannot thank and compliment them enough, as they took great care of our small girl and they went above and beyond with their service and care. We will definitely using their service next time and we highly recommend with great confidence and can assure that your pet will be receiving the best of care and experience. "We couldn’t be happier with the care Bani gave to our dog! Hans is a high-energy, 1-year-old German Shepherd x American Staffy mix, and she handled his enthusiasm with so much patience and warmth. She made sure he got plenty of exercise and mental stimulation, kept him safe and comfortable, and clearly genuinely enjoyed spending time with him.
