"We couldnât have asked for better pet sitters than Sherica and Matt!
They took great care of our dog Mochi for two weeks while we were on holiday.
From the beginning, Sherica was responsive and quick to organise a meet and greet, which made the entire process easy and smooth.
This was also our first time boarding Mochi and it was clear that he was in great hands since they went above and beyond by providing regular updates and accommodating to his dietary needs.
Mochi had an absolute blast, especially playing with their dog Leo and we can tell that he was happy, relaxed, and well taken care of.
I would happily book with Sherica and Matt again and reccomend them to anyone looking for reliable pet sitters đ"

"Christine and Neil recently took care of our giant furball, Ralph, and we couldnât be more grateful. Leaving Ralph for the first time had us feeling quite anxious, but their daily updates truly put our minds at ease. It was clear from the photos and messages that Ralph was not only well cared for but also absolutely spoilt. They treated him like their own, giving him all the attention and love a big boy like Ralph deserves.
Hats off to Christine and Neil for doing such a wonderful job! Itâs comforting to know that Ralph was in such capable and caring hands. We canât thank them enough for making his stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for trustworthy and compassionate pet care."

"First time using this service, I didnât know what to expect. But Kat was amazing!
You know she truly cares about the doggos she looks after, as she messaged me after the booking to check in and see how my fur baby was doing after having an upset tummy. She also wipes eye boogers away with no hesitation, which might not mean much to some people, but it showed me that sheâs the real deal! Will be calling Kat every time I need a dog sitter â€ïž "

"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lexi (and Darcy).
She communicates so well right from the beginning and throughout the stay, keeping me updated with photos and messages which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away.
My cat is an absolute chatterbox who meows non-stop for food and attention. Lexi showed soo much patience with him, keeping him relaxed and entertained. So much so that he didnât want to come home when I went to pick him up!
Would absolutely recommend these guys to look after your fur family!"

"I couldnât have asked for a better experience! Guillermo took such wonderful care of my dog Meeko, for the past four weeks, and Iâm so grateful for their attention and love. They kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away on a work trip.
It was clear from the start that they genuinely cared about Meeko, and it felt like they treated him as part of their family. Meeko came back happy, healthy, and full of energy.

"We were looking for an absolute unicorn of a dog sitter. Fairly short notice over the peak xmas period for a disabled special needs dog our boy Mack. We found that in Raz!. We did an initial meet and greet followed by a trial one night stay to see if this would be a suitable fit. Mack boarded with Raz for 1 week. At all times Raz had a quick response time to any messages and always friendly and polite. We were kept up to date with photos. Mack is paralysed in his rear legs and Raz even took him for walks in a little buggy so he could get out and about. He also takes medication and Raz is super organised and diligent in making sure all instructions were followed. Raz made sure Mack was happy and engaged with balls and toys and really went above and beyond in caring for our special boy and clearly loves dogs.I would use Raz's sitting services again - I don't think there would be many sitters capable of taking on a dog as high needs as Mack. Highly recommend Raz and Mack came well cared for with a beautiful xmas teddy to play with when he got home! Thank you Raz "

"Ayush and his partner cared for our little dog Annie for 10 nights while we were overseas. They were diligent in their care which was very reassuring as Annie is quite old and has a heart condition.

"We take this opportunity to really thank Joemol of JTâs Pet Club â a real pet loving family for their customised support who took excellent care of our 16 week old puppy âSkyeâ for 3 days at their house during the second week of April 2019. Even though it was 3rd time we used the service, we were overwhelmed by the way our puppy connected and behaving with them during the âmeet-and-greetâ and that affectionate approach made us to decide straight away in their favour. They both relate well with our puppy and easy to deal with. We are more than happy with the way both Joemol & her husband Binsu looked after our little girl Staffy.
Witnessed their professional approach and good communication flow, which was highly exceptional to meet our customised needs for Skye. This loving family (including their little daughter who was playful with our puppy) and after our holidays when we reached to pick Skye up, we felt that Skye is energetic, playful and nothing was lacking in her care.
Our family cannot thank and compliment them enough, as they took great care of our small girl and they went above and beyond with their service and care. We will definitely using their service next time and we highly recommend with great confidence and can assure that your pet will be receiving the best of care and experience. "Ishita was amazing at looking after our dog as if he was part of their own family! When my dog wasn't feeling well she took great care and let me know his progress the whole way up until he was feeling better. Couldn't recommend her and Phoenix more!!
