"It is clear that Shannon (and - bonus! - her housemates) adores animals. They were sensitive to my dog's needs. She isn't used to be outside her usual environment so were patient with her. They listened carefully to my instructions about her habits, and followed them. They kept me updated with pictures of my dog throughout their stay. They are kind and welcoming people and I felt comfortable in their home. Shannon invited me to drop in again mid-stay (I was still in Melbourne) to check on my dog and reassure her that I'd keep coming back. I appreciated that and it made for a more comfortable stay for my dog - I'm planning on leaving her for a longer stretch next time. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog with Shannon again and consider her a trustworthy, reliable and caring pet sitter."
