"Joy has taken care of my pup and cat for the past 3 years. She’s taken the best care of them and she treats your pets like her own. She updates you with many pictures daily and my dog always comes home so happy and injury free. I have a very high energy dog and she ensures he gets enough play time everyday. She’s amazing at introducing dogs and she does it in a friendly and non-threatening way. She’s the best petsitter I have ever been to and every time I sent my pets there, I know they are going to be in optimal care in the best hands. "

"Teddy was looked after by Negin and we were extremely happy with the care provided throughout his stay.
Negin communicated proactively with us both before and during the booking, confirming all the important details and making sure she understood Teddy’s needs. While we were away, she kept in regular contact and sent photos and updates, which really reassured us that Teddy was settled and content. On our return, Teddy was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for.
We would not hesitate to book with Negin again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter for their pet."

"We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care Anna and her husband provided for our Golden Retriever, Cosmo! From the start, it was clear they truly love and understand dogs. Cosmo was happy, well-exercised, and even seemed a little spoiled (in the best way possible!). The updates and photos gave us peace of mind, and we could tell he was in great hands. "Victoria is the best dog carer we have ever met! My boys leap out of the car to go to her house and hang out with the other doggos. Victoria truly treats all of the dogs in her care as part of her family and her daughter also loved our big boy. Victoria sends photo updates of what the dogs are doing and they always sleep well on the road trip home after having lots of play time with other dogs. I couldn’t recommend Victoria higher! Great location which is very convenient for many places if you are visiting Brisbane. We will be back! Thanks again Victoria! We all love you 🐾🐕🐶"

"Leng was absolutely wonderful with Charlie and went above and beyond to make sure he was happy, comfortable and well cared for. She was incredibly caring, attentive and accommodating, and her own lovely, friendly dog was great company for Charlie too. Our flight home was delayed, and Leng was more than welcoming and flexible about keeping Charlie for longer, which we really appreciated. We felt completely at ease knowing Charlie was in such caring hands and would highly recommend Leng to anyone looking for a wonderful and trustworthy pet sitter."

"We were extremely satisfied with Melissa as our dogs were so happy and were sad to leave.
Our 2 dogs stayed with her for a week, and her family took very good care of them both. They even took both dogs for regular walks. Our dogs played and mixed were her 2 dogs really well.

"It was our first time using Pawshake pet sitters and Debbie made the whole process very easy and a smooth experience for us. She provided excellent service and care for our 2 Pomeranians dogs. "I could not be happier with the service provided by Joy to take care of my 6 months Malshi. She looked after her for 2 weeks, successfully administering a slightly complicated medicine regime and gave us regular updates, including photos. Daisy has settled back home nicely. "Jasmine and Alex are wonderful sitters and also really lovely people. They took care of my 10 week old puppy Abby so well.
As I live in a rural area and don't have access to many places I can provide socialisation for a puppy - I asked Jasmine and Alex if they would be able to keep Abby with them for 5 days and take her out and about a couple of times daily so she would have exposure to new sights, sounds and people to desensitize her to those things.
They not only did a great job with that - they also sent me regular updates and photos a few times daily showing her outings and telling me how she was going.
They also maintained Abby's housetraining routine to ensure she stayed on track with that - and also interacted with her and gave her lots of play and affection. Their sweet dog Kaya was also a great playmate for Abby.
Abby gained so much confidence during her stay and now has a great foundation of socialisation which has set her up for life.
You won't find better sitters than Jasmine and Alex - I highly recommend them."
