"Very good with communication. He cooked poached chicken for my baby as well, and bought more when it ran out.
My pet is comfortable around him now which is a good sign because my pet rarely spends a long time alone with someone.
Definitely will get back to him when I work away from home again.

"Troy and Jess were absolutely wonderful pet sitters for our pug, Douglas. From the moment we left him in their care, we felt completely reassured. They sent constant updates and photos, which made such a difference and helped us feel connected to Douglas while we were away.
It was so clear that they genuinely cared for him and treated him like one of their own. Douglas looked happy, relaxed and so well looked after the entire time. Knowing he was in such kind and attentive hands gave us complete peace of mind.
We were so impressed with the level of care, communication and warmth from both Troy and Jess. We’ve already booked them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring and reliable pet sitters.

"Couldn’t have been happier with the care Michael, Kelly and their lovely dog, Teddy, gave my two Border Collies. "Thanks Xin Yu for taking such great care of our little Buddy during our overseas trip. We could tell he absolutely loved his time with you! Xin did a wonderful job; she is caring, attentive, and easy-going.
Buddy requires daily medication, and Xin handled it without any issues. She even kindly offered to help get more from the vet if we ran out, which we really appreciated. She regularly shared lovely photos and updates, while we were away.

"This was our first time leaving Kaizer with a pet sitter and we were quite anxious about the whole ordeal however, Kate was very accomodating to all our needs including Kaizer’s. "I couldn't be more pleased with Elle and her love for dogs! She took fantastic care of Arlo, my standard poodle, when we went away for the long weekend. "Nhi (Charmy) was absolutely amazing while looking after my cat, Fridge 🐈⬛ I had to organise a petsitter for my cat very last minute due to a family emergency, and she was incredibly understanding, empathetic, and accommodating from the very start.
