We honestly couldn’t have asked for better care—Pansy and Michael were absolutely outstanding.
Leaving our two older dogs (10 & 11 years) for an extended period was something we were quite anxious about, especially as we usually rely on family. From the very beginning, Pansy put us completely at ease with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for animals.
They went above and beyond in every aspect of care. Our dogs were walked twice daily, their dietary needs were followed perfectly, and they received so much attention and affection. The daily updates with photos and videos were incredible and gave us total peace of mind while we were away.
It was clear our dogs weren’t just being looked after—they were truly cared for and treated like part of the family. They came home relaxed, happy, and clearly having enjoyed their own little holiday.
We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with Pansy again and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for exceptional, trustworthy pet care."

"Risa was fantastic from the start of the process. She was happy to meet our 2 year old spoodle Jasper and I ahead of time to introduce herself and show us her house.
She communicated very well and responded within minutes for any queries we had, and to confirm any details ahead of our booking.
We were nervous dropping Jasper off as this was our first experience on Pawshake, but Risa made us feel comfortable that Jasper would be in capable, caring hands.
We received updates and photos throughout our booking, and were excited to see the activities that our pup was up to while we were away.
10/10 experience and would recommend Risa to anyone who is looking for a home-stay dog sitter."

"Rebecca was fantastic with our dog! She’s incredibly warm and great at what she does. When we came by for a meet and greet, she took the time to observe our dog to understand his nature. She was thoughtful about the mix of dogs that would be at her place and our dog had the best time with her and the other dogs she was caring for. We received daily photos of walks and playtime, and our dog felt comfortable with her, happy to sleep at her feet. We are glad we found Rebecca and no doubt will be seeking her out the next time we go away. Glad to have found someone we can fully trust! Thanks Rebecca!"

"I could not more highly recommend this fine man. Regarding my two dog's behaviours, I could not have scripted a more disastorous meet n greet. My dogs barked and carried on, but Patrick was extremely gracious and patient and totally understanding. He's a bonified 'dog person' who just gets it.
He had our dogs for about 12 days and provided updates through our whatsapp chat. He was very easy to make plans with and I just knew our family dogs were in good care.
He will be our first go to everytime from now on.
Thank you again Patrick for your care of our precious family dogs - and they way you come to a great understanding of our dog's personalities so quickly.

"Grace and Callan are such beautiful people and animal lovers! Our frenchie Pau was so happy and loved, we were beginning to think he may have been a little too happy being away from us! 😂 We needed a boarder we could trust to care for our beloved cheeky Frenchie while we were away for 4 weeks for our wedding and honeymoon. We have never left our pup for so long in the hands of people other than family before so we were understandably concerned. However, meeting Grace and Callan, and their lovely housemates and the resident pup Gingey was perfect as we got see how well Pau got along with Gingey and that the people we were leaving him with were really genuine. Grace never failed to communicate promptly if they had any questions regarding his care, and she always made sure we were updated on his health and wellbeing. all the photos and videos were so adorable and we could not have asked for a better sitter. "Nick looked after Flash for doggy day care at his place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was punctual, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the day with photos and messages. It was great to see Flash having such a good time. Flash absolutely loves Nick and was comfortable with him from the start. Nick was patient, caring, and made sure Flash was well looked after. "Jenny is a fantastic dog sitter! She was super communicative and accomodating for our dog’s needs. This was our first time leaving our puppy, and Jenny took the time to meet with him and make him feel at ease in her home, especially as we were away for an extended period. Her home is also perfectly set up for dogs and there is plenty of space to run around and play. There were no issues while we were away, and Jenny provided regular updates which put us at ease. Our dog is his happy energetic self since we have returned and we couldn’t be more thankful for Jenny looking after him! 10/10."
