"Jessica and Ryan were great with our dog Finn. They live in an apartment with their puppy. They sent photos each day and gave us feedback on how Finn was doing. They were also flexible with changing dates which really helped us out. We would recommend Jessica and Ryan sitting your pet. . "

"Chien chien is a great dog sitter for my dog 21 nights. Luci enjoyed it very much. We recieve videos, photos and sms abt Luci almost every which ease both our separation anxiety. Lol. When we pick up Luci she was happy and calm. When she came home she was normal and happy without any withdrawl behavior which we were very please. We would recommend Chien Chien to our friends and we would like Luci to be at her care nxt time we travel again. Many thanks Chien Chien. Luci misses Mavi, Sammy and. Charlie (when i say these names her eyes reacted so i believed she missed them)"

"Weijun took good care of our Australian Cattle Dog. He spent one night (dog-boarding) and an additional full day (doggy day care) on a rainy weekend at Weijun’s - which could’ve been challenging with lack of outdoor play, but he was well looked after! Very grateful! "

"Jessica and her husband are very fantastic pet sitters. Our dogs initially didn’t get along with other dogs. However, after we left them with Jessica and her husband, they managed to get along with other dogs and are now extremely friendly! Super thankful for what they have done with the dogs. Additionally, they always sent daily updates and photos of the dogs during our holiday ensuring that they were in good hands and were enjoying their stay. They are very trustworthy and caring towards the dogs and we would highly recommend their services. Looking forward to future holidays knowing that our dogs enjoyed the stay and are in very capable hands."

"We recently had Grace take care of my two pugs while I was out away on holidays and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Grace was professional, friendly, and clearly loves animals. "Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again! "I've used several different sitters over time and I have to say, Vivienne has been the best by far! Others didn't send enough photos, or communication/detail was poor etc.....Vivienne kept in touch with us before and after Indie's stay, was very organised and detailed re her care, and sent us daily photos and videos (which is a must for us....anxious dog parents!) with updates on how our girl was doing. We could see that Indie was having a great time and had settled in beautifully with Vivienne. We felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. It was clear Indie was being loved and spoiled - Vivienne is a true dog lover and it shows. Would 100% recommend and we will be booking Vivienne for all future boarding and day care if she is free."

"This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video! "I recently had the pleasure of using Sue as a dog sitter for my beloved Cavoodle, Beau, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very start, it was clear that Sue has a genuine love for dogs and an impressive ability to take care of them.
Beau had an absolute blast during his time with her. Sue made sure he received plenty of exercise with multiple walks in the park, where he could explore and enjoy the great outdoors. Additionally, their trips to the dog park were a highlight for Beau—he had the chance to play with other dogs, which is always a joy for him.
What I appreciated most were the regular updates Sue provided. She sent me pictures and messages that showcased Beau having a fantastic time, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was wonderful to see him so happy and well-cared for.

"Best of the best! We couldn’t be happier with the care Nova received from Haven! She kept us updated with lots of photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind. She spent so much time playing with Nova, training her, and making sure she had plenty of fun with Cori. Nova looked so happy and smiley every single day!
