"We were looking for an absolute unicorn of a dog sitter. Fairly short notice over the peak xmas period for a disabled special needs dog our boy Mack. We found that in Raz!. We did an initial meet and greet followed by a trial one night stay to see if this would be a suitable fit. Mack boarded with Raz for 1 week. At all times Raz had a quick response time to any messages and always friendly and polite. We were kept up to date with photos. Mack is paralysed in his rear legs and Raz even took him for walks in a little buggy so he could get out and about. He also takes medication and Raz is super organised and diligent in making sure all instructions were followed. Raz made sure Mack was happy and engaged with balls and toys and really went above and beyond in caring for our special boy and clearly loves dogs.I would use Raz's sitting services again - I don't think there would be many sitters capable of taking on a dog as high needs as Mack. Highly recommend Raz and Mack came well cared for with a beautiful xmas teddy to play with when he got home! Thank you Raz "

"Jess and Oliver really are the pet sitting dynamic duo 🫶🏻 Super friendly and communicative, lots of updates, kindness and care. My senior Papillon Richard had an excellent time staying with Jess which meant less stress while I travel for work. Highly recommend ✨"

"Very good with communication. He cooked poached chicken for my baby as well, and bought more when it ran out.
My pet is comfortable around him now which is a good sign because my pet rarely spends a long time alone with someone.
Definitely will get back to him when I work away from home again.

"Troy and Jess were absolutely wonderful pet sitters for our pug, Douglas. From the moment we left him in their care, we felt completely reassured. They sent constant updates and photos, which made such a difference and helped us feel connected to Douglas while we were away.
It was so clear that they genuinely cared for him and treated him like one of their own. Douglas looked happy, relaxed and so well looked after the entire time. Knowing he was in such kind and attentive hands gave us complete peace of mind.
We were so impressed with the level of care, communication and warmth from both Troy and Jess. We’ve already booked them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring and reliable pet sitters.

"I couldn't be more pleased with Elle and her love for dogs! She took fantastic care of Arlo, my standard poodle, when we went away for the long weekend. Elle sent lots of pictures and updates which was so comforting and she just knows and understands dogs - she managed dogs from different families staying with her superbly. "Eva and her family were amazing with our dog, Bobo. At the initial meet-and-greet, they were incredibly thoughtful, carefully ensuring Bobo was the right fit for their environment and around their two young kids. They are highly detail-oriented and truly treat guest dogs like family.
