"Juan and his brother Leo literally saved our cat’s life while we were on vacation!
Did not hesitate to offer a quick pickup from our cat from our friends place down south (as she developed a sudden allergy to the cat) and he was very quick to inform us when our cat started having stress bleeding with UTI from the earlier location. Helped drive our cat to our local vet the next day, and then immediately to the emergency hospital just in time for severe dehydration and helped care for our cat with medications post hospital discharge. He is probably the reason our cat survived at all.
He is a true cat lover and I won’t hesitate to use his services again. Thanks again! "

"Kate kept in contact with me the whole time I was away, sending photos and updates. I could tell that Kate has a background in education and care as she was incredibly nurturing and caring of my anxious pup. She quickly understood all of his quirks and was able to cater to all of his needs. Kate would be perfect for any pet who needs that extra bit of love. "Our dog stayed two nights with Chesea and Kevin and I was very impressed with the set up they had for the dogs. They have a big back yard for the dogs to play in and a dedicated dog room for them to sleep at night. Chelsea and Kevin kept us constantly updated with cute photos and feedback on eating, toileting and general wellbeing. Disco looked like she really enjoyed playing with their dog, Bojji. I will be booking Chelsea again to look after Disco for a longer period of time, since it looked like she was super comfortable at their place. Thanks for looking after Disco so well!"

"We had boarded our pet cat with Means. They took great care of him and sent daily updates with photos and videos. Though our cat usually isn’t the friendliest, he got along very well with Means and her cat. We are sure that he had the best time with them during the couple of days we were away. She made sure to make him comfortable with the new environment. So much so that when we had gone to pick our cat up, he was reluctant to come with us😅. Thanks again Means."

"Qian and Ryan and their whole family has taken very good care of our dog when we needed it most. Our dog was treated like family and was very happy staying with them with lots of love and cuddles.
