"From first contact Alida was amazing.
This was the first time boarding my pet jack Russell, so I was very happy with how polite and welcoming Alida was and helped me through the process.
Alida and her family went above and beyond with not just boarding my pet but creating exciting experiences for him with a paddle pool, walks and a spot on the couch to watch tv and a nap. I will definitely be looking at Alida to take care of him in the future and recommend anyone else to her services. "

"Thank you Sandip & Sumita for taking such good care of Nala whilst we were away for 5 weeks. Your warmth, care and compassion for such a long period alleviated our fears of leaving our family member for so long. "We recently had our precious cat RaRa stay with Gemma for boarding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Gemma took such loving and attentive care of RaRa treating her as if she were her own.

"Georgia took great care of Josie for the few days we were away. We had to book her last minute as our other sitter had to cancel and I couldn't have been happier to find someone like her! "Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Mickey! She was fantastic with my dog, and I could tell he was in good hands from the start. "Cecilia was wonderful with my dog during her 4-day stay! She took great care of her, went on plenty of walks, and has a fantastic, big yard for playtime. "After the initial meet-n-greet, we booked Reg for a stay with Austen .
Austen was great at managing Reg’s medications and care schedule. He also worked from home a few days a week, so Reg wasn’t left for extended periods by himself.
Reg came home happy and healthy.
Couldn’t ask for more.

"This was Miru’s first overnight stay with Catherine, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Catherine took such wonderful care of him and was very attentive to his needs.
She sent us lots of photos and videos throughout his stay, which was really reassuring and made us feel like we could see how he was doing. It was clear that Miru was well looked after and comfortable.
