For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Belgrave VIC for a doggy day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Belgrave VIC Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer doggy day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Belgrave VIC sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

I’m Charnie, a caring and experienced dog sitter who genuinely loves animals. I grew up with dogs and have always been the person friends rely on when they need someone calm, patient and trustworthy to look after their pets. Over the past 18 months I’ve cared for more than 60 dogs of all breeds and personalities, including Labradors, working dogs, Cavoodles, Terriers, King Charles Cavaliers, Groodles and many others. I also have extensive experience with large breeds such as Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds and Ridgebacks. Every owner I’ve worked with has given me 5‑star reviews, and my friends call me their dogs’ “second Mum.”
I am currently home a lot, which means dogs spend plenty of time with me throughout the day. My routine is calm and structured: dogs stay inside with me, and the back door is open so they can go outside to toilet or relax. At night, all dogs sleep inside in a warm, safe environment.
I offer overnight boarding, day care, feeding, enrichment, twice‑daily walks and basic training reinforcement. Walks are usually 45 minutes, and I’m fit and active, so I enjoy longer walks for high‑energy dogs. I can safely administer medication, including tablets, worming treatments and syringes in the mouth, with no issues at all. I’m confident handling dogs that need extra care or routine support.
My home suits friendly, social dogs, and I focus on creating a loving, secure environment where your dog feels comfortable and part of the family.

I am an extremely adventurous and outgoing person who loves to keep active in any way possible. I first found the world of house sitting in Canada, and have since completed a number of sits throughout Canada, Asia, and Australia.

I have grown up with pets of all kinds such as Guinea-pigs, rabbits, cats, dogs, birds, fish and even frogs. I absolutely adore all animals, and when I was travelling, I really enjoyed getting to spend time with pets and give people the comfort of knowing their fur babies were in good hands whilst they were away. I am a Pilates instructor, and I work 2-3 days per week, however these shifts are max 5 hours long - so I have plenty of time to spend with your fur babies and plenty of love to give, my work times are also quite flexible.

I realise how important it is for people to have a trustworthy, caring person to look after their pets and homes whilst away. I am extremely confident looking after cats, dogs, and small animals - and have experience with reactive dogs as well as strong/large breeds. I am very physically fit so I have no problems with taking different breeds for walks and ensuring they get their daily exercise in. I also have plenty of experience administering medications and giving extra care to elderley or sick pets.

I offer house/pet sitting in the comfort of your own home, I find this ensures your animals are at their most secure and comfortable. I also offer pet sitting within my own home, where your pet will get to roam in and outside, keeping their routine (walks/playtime/feeds) as similar as in your own place, if this is preferred.

I would love to chat to you further about your needs and am more than happy to offer meet and greets prior to sitting for you as well.

Well, my love for dogs has been there since the day I was born. I have always been surrounded by dogs my entire life. Now that I have moved here, I had to leave my baby back at home. If there is one thing I have learnt about myself, it is that I love to care for dogs and cats. This is why I'm here on this platform, to make new furry (as well as human!) friends and to have that special bond that I have always craved. I have had a fait bit of experience with pet sitting over the last 3 years and I am confident enough to say that I am really good at it. Apart from that, I don't have any special requests, however, please give me a detailed description about your pets and their habits so I can care for them adequately. Knowing about any quirks will be an added bonus of course.
I am available for overnights any day of the week. I leave for about 9 hours for work during the day and will spend the rest of the time with the pet.

Hi there my name is Angela!
I'm an 18 year old animal lover studying at Kangan Institute for a certificate IV in Vet nursing. I have a sweet male ginger cat named Minty(currently living at my partner's house) and 4 spiny leaf insects named Photosynthesis, Eucalyptus, Daenerys and, Rhaenyra.
I have completed a certificate II in Animal care where I learnt about all the animal body languages, animal handling skills, clinical evaluations, caring for different animals including reptiles and rodents, and animal wellbeing practices.
I have volunteered for RSPCA Burwood East as an Cattery and kennels attendant, with all kinds of breeds. I also briefly worked with smaller animals(Guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets) for 3 years. I used to volunteer for RDA Knox where I worked with Horses, learning how to care for them and also entertaining and encouraging disabled children of all ages!
While I may only be 18 years old, I have a lot of experience with animals. Right now, I'm working along side of Real people as an TV extra casually and also helping my parents out at their cafe.I walk a beautiful black staffy weekly on Wednesday afternoons named Jorji and we go on the best walks together, I love taking her to nearby parks and ponds around my area. I care for cats, ferrets, rabbits, mice, rats and all sizes of dogs!
Whenever I take a dog out to walk I like to have a set route on where to take them to the best places. As for pet sitting, I like to keep pets nice and comfy inside my house, I usually let them watch some tv with me,cuddle and also play in the backyard. There are no restrictions to my house as my family and I are okay with whereever your pet will go. Im home most of the days except for Thursdays to Fridays as I have tafe.
I also have a post up on Gumtree for pet sitting and dog walking services and also a certified Madpaws sitter and walker with a police check :)

I'm looking forward to giving your pet the best experience within my care :)

Hi, I'm Rob. I'm a 63-year-old Australian with a lifetime of hands-on experience looking after the things and beings in my care — whether that's a 25-year-old ute I still treat like she's brand new, or your beloved pet.I won't pretend pet sitting is my lifelong passion, but what I bring is something just as valuable — genuine responsibility, patience, and natural compassion. I understand that animals, especially older ones, need gentleness and understanding. When a dog has an accident indoors, I don't get frustrated — I get it. Accidents happen, and they certainly don't mean a dog is being naughty. When a senior dog moves slowly or needs a little extra time and patience, my heart genuinely goes out to them — I know what it feels like to have an ageing body that doesn't always cooperate.I take every booking seriously as a professional commitment. Your pet will be cared for consistently and with that good old-fashioned Aussie decency — no drama, no fuss, just quiet, dependable care you can count on.

As a lifelong dog lover and proud pet parent to two friendly Cavoodles, Lucy (4) and Coco (2), I understand how important it is to find someone you can completely trust with your furry family member.

I know every dog has their own personality and routine, so I provide plenty of love, attention, exercise, and cuddles while making them feel safe and at home. I’ll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.

• Doggy daycare and pet sitting
• Daily walks, playtime, and enrichment activities
• Lots of cuddles and companionship

My Home

• Clean, secure, pet-friendly home with a fully fenced backyard

Whether your pup is energetic and playful or prefers a quiet cuddle on the couch, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away.

I can’t wait to welcome your fur baby into our home and give them a holiday filled with love, fun, and plenty of tail wags! ️
