"Laura and Quentin are outstanding pet sitters! I left my cat with them for a month when i travelled overseas, and receiving their daily, funny, and thoughtful picture updates truly brightened my days! They both love and care immensely about animals and are very knowledgeable on everything cat related. Their house is truly a cat heaven, fully equipped to make sure cats staying there get enrichment activities, window views, and cosy resting places. I cannot recommend them enough! I'm so happy I found them, and will 100% book them again. This is rare to find, do not hesitate to book them! "

"Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again! "I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Louise. From the moment we met, it was clear how much Louise and her partner genuinely love and understand Frenchies in particular. Henry took to them right away, which gave me immediate peace of mind.
Throughout the entire stay, she provided regular updates, including photos and little notes about how things were going. It meant so much to know Henry was not only well cared for, but also happy and relaxed in my absence.
Henry came back home calm, healthy, and clearly well-loved. Henry was sad when he came home because of how much he missed Louise. It’s such a relief to know we have someone trustworthy and kind to rely on whenever we need to be away. I highly recommend Louise to anyone looking for an attentive, responsible, and compassionate sitter!

"Hung-Ying went above and beyond to make our Bella feel loved and spoilt. Bella had playtimes, walks, special treats cooked for her, daily brushing and pampering. We were constantly sent gorgeous photos and updates and I know that Bella absolutely loved her stay. She was treated very much as one of the family and my husband and I are so grateful for all the care and love given to her.
The hardest thing when you are going away is the worry of who will care for your beloved pet. Not this time. We thank Hung-Ying and her husband from the bottom of our hearts. "

"This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video! "We've had Elaine look after our furbaby twice now and both times she and her partner have taken great care of him. Our doggo is a very picky eater but Elaine caters to his silly needs.
Elaine's own furbabies play really well with our shy doggo and he really misses their company when he comes home.

"I've used several different sitters over time and I have to say, Vivienne has been the best by far! Others didn't send enough photos, or communication/detail was poor etc.....Vivienne kept in touch with us before and after Indie's stay, was very organised and detailed re her care, and sent us daily photos and videos (which is a must for us....anxious dog parents!) with updates on how our girl was doing. We could see that Indie was having a great time and had settled in beautifully with Vivienne. We felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. It was clear Indie was being loved and spoiled - Vivienne is a true dog lover and it shows. Would 100% recommend and we will be booking Vivienne for all future boarding and day care if she is free."
