"I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter for Frankie! I had to change the dates several times due to the pandemic and Karen was very accommodating and flexible. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the many updates and photos she shared of Frankie while taking care of him - they were very reassuring! I highly recommend Karen and will definitely rebook her should I require a pet sitter again."

"Rachel looked after my beautiful Labrador with so much love and care. And when I got stuck away on travels and could not return on the date due back she made sure she could continue sitting him. He came back to me looking so happy, clean and well cared for! Her communication was amazing with me, sending photos and updates everyday! Highly recommend Rachel as she exceeded my expectations and was so happy with leaving him with her. "

"She did a great job watching our dog! She allowed us to come over to see her place and meet her before we made a decision. While we were gone, she walks him daily and stayed in contact with us and sent pictures and videos of our dog Otis. Our dog was very happy and comfortable at her home, she even gave our dog a bath before sending him home with us and actually gave him some toys that he played with while staying at her place, thank you Tatiana, you are so kind and wonderful, I would recommend her to all who want their dogs looked after well..."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better couple to look after our six-month-old puppy, Jasper, while we were overseas for a week. From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in caring, capable, and loving hands.
They treated Jasper like he was one of their own, giving him plenty of attention, affection, and playtime. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
When we picked Jasper up, he was happy, healthy, and had clearly had a wonderful time. It’s obvious they genuinely love dogs and provide a safe, nurturing environment.

"Chien chien is a great dog sitter for my dog 21 nights. Luci enjoyed it very much. We recieve videos, photos and sms abt Luci almost every which ease both our separation anxiety. Lol. When we pick up Luci she was happy and calm. When she came home she was normal and happy without any withdrawl behavior which we were very please. We would recommend Chien Chien to our friends and we would like Luci to be at her care nxt time we travel again. Many thanks Chien Chien. Luci misses Mavi, Sammy and. "Weijun took good care of our Australian Cattle Dog. He spent one night (dog-boarding) and an additional full day (doggy day care) on a rainy weekend at Weijun’s - which could’ve been challenging with lack of outdoor play, but he was well looked after! Very grateful! "

Honey was actually with Tracey & Josh for four nights, Sunday to Thursday, and we couldn't be happier with the obvious 1st Class treatment our fur baby "Honey", received. The spring in her step, when we picked her up, indicated that she'd been properly fed and watered and obviously taken on long and interesting walks.
We came from Newcastle to stay in Sydney so a meet and greet was not possible. No problem. Tracey is a great communicator and coped with all the fiddly changes we threw at her, including the cut on Honey's mouth that required the application of cream, and horror of all horrors a cone of shame.
We think Honey was beautifully cared for, the daily photo updates were welcome and underpin the care and attention extended to Honey. We have no hesitation recommending Tracey & Josh to anyone for their pet-sitting requirements."
