She was contacted last minute and was very responsive with messages as we were concerned about Basil and her elderly dog needs. But Dianya sent us photos, updates and asked us necessary questions during the whole stay that made me and my family feel comfortable and worry free that Basil was getting the best care. "

"Rachel and her family were amazing with Bella who looked like she was having her own happy holiday with swims and lake walks - we got lots of photos and videos daily too which was great. I’d definitely recommend Rachel and will book Bella again."
