"Troy and Jess were absolutely wonderful pet sitters for our pug, Douglas. From the moment we left him in their care, we felt completely reassured. They sent constant updates and photos, which made such a difference and helped us feel connected to Douglas while we were away.
It was so clear that they genuinely cared for him and treated him like one of their own. Douglas looked happy, relaxed and so well looked after the entire time. Knowing he was in such kind and attentive hands gave us complete peace of mind.
We were so impressed with the level of care, communication and warmth from both Troy and Jess. We’ve already booked them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring and reliable pet sitters.

"Nick looked after Flash for doggy day care at his place, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was punctual, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the day with photos and messages. It was great to see Flash having such a good time. Flash absolutely loves Nick and was comfortable with him from the start. Nick was patient, caring, and made sure Flash was well looked after. I picked up a happy and tired dog at the end of the day, which is always a good sign! I would definitely trust Nick with Flash again and highly recommend him to other pet owners."

"Nhi (Charmy) was absolutely amazing while looking after my cat, Fridge 🐈⬛ I had to organise a petsitter for my cat very last minute due to a family emergency, and she was incredibly understanding, empathetic, and accommodating from the very start.
Her kindness during such a stressful time meant a lot to me 💗

"I couldn't be more pleased with Elle and her love for dogs! She took fantastic care of Arlo, my standard poodle, when we went away for the long weekend. "We couldn’t be happier with the care Bani gave to our dog! Hans is a high-energy, 1-year-old German Shepherd x American Staffy mix, and she handled his enthusiasm with so much patience and warmth. She made sure he got plenty of exercise and mental stimulation, kept him safe and comfortable, and clearly genuinely enjoyed spending time with him. It’s obvious she has real experience with energetic young dogs - she never seemed overwhelmed. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who treats your dog like family!"

"What can I say except that Silvia was exceptional with our pooch Lloyd! She truly showed him love and care!
