"Julie is an absolutely wonderful dog carer! We have a Maltese Shitzu who is 14 years old and a Cavalier who is 1 year old so they have very different needs. Julie looked after my dogs as if they were her own. She walked the dogs regularly, sent beautiful photos daily and gave my older anxious dog special privileges like letting her sleep in her room! It was really reassuring to know our dogs were being loved while we were away as much as if they were home with us. I would absolutely trust Julie with my dogs any time and when we go away will definitely use her again! "This is the longest we had ever left our dog Mocha with a sitter who wasn't close friends/family, so we were a bit nervous going in - but Gina and Jin were so, so good with communication and their care of him, and he had a great time as evidenced by many photos and video! I'll definitely be checking their available dates for future travels where we need a reliable and easy-to-work-with pet-sitter!"

"We recently had Grace take care of my two pugs while I was out away on holidays and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Grace was professional, friendly, and clearly loves animals. She kept me updated throughout the 2 weeks with texts and photos, which helped put my mind at ease. When I returned, my dogs were happy and healthy, and they almost didn’t want to leave! "Felisa looked after our Jack Russell terrier over the week of Christmas 2025 and it was a fantastic experience. She kept us updated with messages and photos every day and made sure our little dog was so well looked after. Felisa is a dog lover and looked after our dog as if it was her own. "I've used several different sitters over time and I have to say, Vivienne has been the best by far! Others didn't send enough photos, or communication/detail was poor etc.....Vivienne kept in touch with us before and after Indie's stay, was very organised and detailed re her care, and sent us daily photos and videos (which is a must for us....anxious dog parents!) with updates on how our girl was doing. We could see that Indie was having a great time and had settled in beautifully with Vivienne. We felt comfortable and reassured the whole time. It was clear Indie was being loved and spoiled - Vivienne is a true dog lover and it shows. Would 100% recommend and we will be booking Vivienne for all future boarding and day care if she is free."

"I am pleased with Jason and Michelle’s care for our beloved boy, Rocky. They provided regular updates every night, which made us feel reassured about Rocky’s well-being. They have 2 boys who are friendly and they get along with Rocky very well. My pup definitely had a real vacation at Jason’s house. "Hayley and Martin are everything you wish for in a pet sitter - Quick to respond, great communication (reassuring/understanding with lots of photo updates etc), flexible and attentive to any puppy rules you have in place.
As soon as I met with them and their furbaby poppy i immediately felt at ease. They clearly adore animals and Sarah (my puppy with a human name) took to all of them immediately - I think she tried to follow them home after our meet and greet.
I'm looking to book again whilst I am away on a 7 day holiday if they are available and also planning to book in regular day care with them.
This is my first experience with pawshake and having my pup away fr home. I spent hours thinking, worrying, stressing, biting my nails etc but I needn't have worried. I'm really thrilled to have found Hayley, Martin and poppy!"

"Absolutely amazing pet sitters who took great care of our baby Haru. Their spacious and enclosed backyard gave him lots of space to run around freely, and their care and attention made sure he was walked, fed and happy. Communication was very quick and clear, and Eloy and Dream sent us photos regularly which reassured us Haru was having a great time, allowing us to have a great time on our holiday as well. "I recently had the pleasure of using Sue as a dog sitter for my beloved Cavoodle, Beau, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very start, it was clear that Sue has a genuine love for dogs and an impressive ability to take care of them.
Beau had an absolute blast during his time with her. Sue made sure he received plenty of exercise with multiple walks in the park, where he could explore and enjoy the great outdoors. Additionally, their trips to the dog park were a highlight for Beau—he had the chance to play with other dogs, which is always a joy for him.
What I appreciated most were the regular updates Sue provided. She sent me pictures and messages that showcased Beau having a fantastic time, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was wonderful to see him so happy and well-cared for.
