"Minji and Jeff went above and beyond for our little girl. They were very accommodating, especially as it was a last minute booking. Our dog needed some medical care after having injured her back the night before from having played too much with other dogs. We chose Minji and Jeff because they didn’t have any other pets in their home, allowing our dog to rest her back. They were very caring but unfortunately our dog’s health got worse (possible reaction to the medication) that they didn’t get to have the enjoyment that babysitting our doggie should have brought them. We received plenty of photo updates and would highly recommend them to others. Hopefully we will get to use them again when Periscope is back to 100% health."

"We left our 9 year old Maltese (Oreo) with Niharika for a week and I can say Oreo didn want to come back home😅 Niharika was kind enough to organise a meet and greet at such a short notice and was very accommodating to all our needs as it was such a last minute booking due to our regular doggy sitter being unavailable. We received regular updates through whatsapp and loved seeing Oreo being happy:) I would highly recommend Niharika and will definitely be using her for future bookings! Thank you once again😊😊"

"How do I begin this review, I was an anxious fur mum finding a very good home for my fur baby to stay for a wk. first time meeting Cecilia and her babies Mini and Cookie her whole fam son& daughter they have been very warm and accomodating they are beautiful caring people. 🤗 our cookie has been very much welcomed and loved dearly by Cecilia and her family💞 our Cookie had the freedom to explore and roam around Cecilia's very clean place and beautiful home. Cecilia is AMAZING! so as her pups her updates are ongoing, loads of photos and videos of our fur baby (Cookie) our fur baby enjoyed her stay at their place no dull moment my baby misses Cecilia dearly now and her pups but this will definitely not be the last time they will spend time together, Cecilia put my heart and mind at ease I am such a big worrier I was so anxious that our fur baby will feel isolated and will not have a good time, with Ceci being so hands on with my fur baby I couldn't ask for more from her service the reassurance shes given me and the trust is a 100%. Cecilia is very experienced in taking care of fur babies that you wont regret picking her, I vouch for her skills and qualifications she is basically a dog whisperer and has a magic touch 😊 couldn't thank her so much and her lovely pups and 2 kids (basically her whole family) for taking in my Fur baby. Cecilia has been very effectively communicating with us in terms of updating us what cookie is up to, appetite, hydration and her other regular daily needs, regularly toileted, wiped. no signs of any neglect at all. I encourage you all to give Ceci a try and meet her beautiful family. If only she was a next door neighbour of mine I will be very much happy for our dogs to be together all the time. Cecilia treated my cookie as if she was her own no stranger 🥲 this made me and my husband feel very happy. In all honesty the app doesn't allow to give more than 5⭐️ if i would rate all of her service its a 100/100 🌟🌟 Thank you very much again Ceci and family. I don't think of Ceci as a pet carer but rather a relative that I can run to interms of need of looking after my fur baby 🥰"

"Srinidhi was fantastic with Bowie. We booked for an overnight stay which was the first one we had done outside of normal group kennel boarding which he isnt a fan of. Communication was fantastic in the lead up and Srinidhi organised a meet and greet prior to ensure Bowie was comfortable at their house. Bowie loved his stay and got along well with everyone. Lots of communication and more importantly lots of pictures and walks throughout the stay. Highly recommend. "

"Our dogs absolutely loved their time with Ella! We found Ella to be very caring and she took wonderful care of the dogs, was very knowledgeable and took great care to understand each dog’s needs. Ella sent us lots of updates and photos, which we loved, and the girls came home freshly bathed and clean. "Juan and his brother Leo literally saved our cat’s life while we were on vacation!
Did not hesitate to offer a quick pickup from our cat from our friends place down south (as she developed a sudden allergy to the cat) and he was very quick to inform us when our cat started having stress bleeding with UTI from the earlier location. Helped drive our cat to our local vet the next day, and then immediately to the emergency hospital just in time for severe dehydration and helped care for our cat with medications post hospital discharge. He is probably the reason our cat survived at all.
He is a true cat lover and I won’t hesitate to use his services again. Thanks again! "

"We had boarded our pet cat with Means. They took great care of him and sent daily updates with photos and videos. Though our cat usually isn’t the friendliest, he got along very well with Means and her cat. We are sure that he had the best time with them during the couple of days we were away. She made sure to make him comfortable with the new environment. So much so that when we had gone to pick our cat up, he was reluctant to come with us😅. Thanks again Means."

"Nora was fantastic! She handled pickup and drop-off for the pups and was incredibly conscientious about their behavior, stress levels, reactivity, and triggers. She even checked in advance to make sure her home and dog would be a good fit for mine, that thoughtfulness meant a lot.
She cooked them a home-cooked meal to supplement their bulking diet, took them on walks, played with them, and sent regular, detailed updates complete with photo and video montages. She worked around my availability and was easy to communicate with throughout. I’m already booking again as the boys clearly loved her. I’m already rebooking her for this weekend. She treated my boys like her own. I couldn’t be more grateful."
