"Katy was great! Quick to reply, flexible, and overall lovely to work with. Very welcoming and laid back home, with two friendly dogs. "Just arrived in Melbourne and needed help to look after our kitty kat. Dian responded almost immediately. We met mere hours later and she was perfect from the get go. We left Duke with her and it wasn’t long before I received a photo of him making himself very at home waiting for all the love and attention he demands. Dian looked after him as if he were her own. We are so happy to have found you and will 100% be contacting you every time we need someone to come to the rescue when we need to be away"
