Growing up with two wonderful dogs taught me responsibility, patience, and how important routine, structure, and affection are for happy pets. I’ve also gained hands-on experience pet-sitting in the UK, caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments.

When caring for a dog, I always follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medication if needed, and any special behavioral or dietary needs. I believe consistency helps pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. Daily care includes regular walks, playtime, mental stimulation, cuddle time, and plenty of positive attention. I’m attentive to changes in behavior or appetite and will keep owners updated with messages and photos for peace of mind.

For boarding, your dog will stay in a clean, calm, and pet-friendly home environment where safety and comfort are a priority. I ensure pets have secure spaces to rest, access to fresh water at all times, and a relaxed atmosphere to settle in comfortably. I only accept healthy, vaccinated pets to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

HI I'm Katie, I've always had a love of animals. I live on the coast in Yanchep, Perth I live with my husband and two boys. Our boys also share our love of animals and our youngest wishes to work at the zoo one day.
We love all animals and have experience looking after many different types of pets. We have previously looked after rescue foster kittens, rabbits and guinea pigs. We are experienced with looking after dogs,birds and reptiles. We are very caring, gentle and happy to provide for your pets medical needs also, i have lots of experience with giving medications,  liquid and tablets and inhailers.&nbsp;
We only walk one dog at time unless the dogs already live together. Having grown up with dogs as pets and know how they are such a important part of the family.&nbsp;
Should you require pet hosting, We can provide safe and secure accommodation for your pet, we have a gated garden and a dog flap within our laundry which is where your pet would stay when we are not home and at night. We take daily coastal walks for at least 30minutes and would love for your pet to join us if required while boarding with us. Your animal will get lots of love and attention but we are also good at providing quiet times and reassurance when needed. The animal would never be left for more than a couple of hours. Please note for stays longer than 2nights we require a trial night before booking in addition to the meet and greet, to check that your pet settles well.&nbsp;
We would keep you regulary updated about your pet and how they are, so you can enjoy a stress free break
Drop off is after 2pm on the night of the stay and collection is before 10am on day of pick up, although there can be some flexibility with this if discussed prior to stay
A complimentary meet and greet is required prior to all stays and visits and usually only takes around 15minutes


I hold a Certificate IV in Animal Care, which has given me a strong understanding of animal behaviour, health, and welfare. Growing up surrounded by pets, I’ve always had a deep love for animals, and this naturally led me to pet sitting. Caring for animals isn’t just something I enjoy—it’s something I genuinely value, making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. ️

I have hands-on experience caring for a variety of animals, from playful and energetic dogs to more relaxed companions, and even farm animals during my year volunteering at Lansdale Farm School. My experience includes feeding, walking, playtime, and providing plenty of attention and supervision, always adapting to each animal’s individual needs.

Daily Routine:

Morning: Walks, playtime, and feeding to start the day active and happy
Midday: Supervised rest, potty breaks, and mental stimulation to keep pets engaged
Afternoon: Extra play, cuddles, and enrichment activities tailored to their personality
Evening: Walks, feeding, and quiet time to wind down before bedtime


The safety and wellbeing of pets in my care and my own is my top priority. I only accept vaccinated pets into my home to maintain a healthy environment for all animals. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to give owners complete peace of mind while they’re away. I’m also trained in basic pet first aid and have quick access to local veterinarians for emergencies, ensuring your pet is always in safe hands.

My husband and I are a calm, caring couple based in Perth, WA, and we’re huge animal lovers. We share our home with two fur babies Louie &amp; Buddy  who are a massive part of our life. We stay active with them through walks, hikes, and little adventures around our local pet-friendly parks and trails, so we’re very experienced with all sorts of personalities, energy levels, and needs.

We’re affectionate, patient, and attentive. We treat every pet like part of the family, giving them plenty of love, exercise, and one-on-one attention while happily following your routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and bedtime. We provide at least one good walk a day (sometimes more, depending on the dog’s energy) and make sure no dog is left alone for more than a couple of hours at a time.

Our home setup for boarding and daycare:
Our home is a comfortable, pet-friendly house in a quiet area with plenty of indoor space for dogs to relax and move around. All outdoor time is fully supervised — either on leashed walks in nearby parks or in our secure, enclosed side area for short potty breaks and play. 

We carefully introduce new dogs to our home and our own dogs in a calm, gradual, and fully supervised way to keep everyone safe and comfortable. We’re experienced at reading body language and managing different behaviours whether a dog is energetic, shy, anxious, or needs extra space and we adjust our approach accordingly. 

Your pet’s happiness, safety, and comfort will always be our top priority. We’re motivated by our genuine love of animals and the peace of mind it brings when you know your furry family member is in caring hands.
As a reliable couple, we’re happy to provide daily photo updates and can give medication if needed (with your instructions). 

We welcome a no-obligation meet-and-greet at our home so you and your dog can see our space and get to know us first.

Hi  We are a family of four with two young children , my background is Nursing and education. Our home is by the coast and parkland, perfect for long walks and for your furry friend to have a good run. We can walk your pooch along the beautiful local dog beach or along the coastal footpath Our house is well fenced with a well kept garden and lots of grass for your pet to play on and run around . We have plenty of shade and shelter and your dog is welcome inside our home. We have experience with Labradors, Cavoodles, Chihuahuas among other breeds and lovingly cared for our own pets for many years into their old age

What is specifically included in the services you offer? We will endeavour to care for your beloved pet the same way you do, keeping feeding and care patterns, including walks the same as you would provide. We are open to providing medication administration however we decide on a case to case basis.We can either walk your dog at the local park, on or off the lead, at the local dog beach or along the coastal pathway.
How many dogs will you board at the same time? One dog.
How long are your dog walks? Dependant on the pet. 1 hour plus if they require, otherwise we can decrease this time.
How many dog walks do you offer per day? Two.
How much time you can spend with pets: If I have a booking I can accommodate this and be with your pet much of the week. If you would like specific times, please feel free to ask. Pets will not be left alone for longer than 3 hours during dog boarding, and no longer than 1 hour during daycare.
How does pet care fit into your daily or weekly routine? I am flexible and can accommodate your pet's needs.&nbsp;
What is your availability like? Please see my calendar, I am available unless stated otherwise.&nbsp;
Do you work from home or do you need to leave the house for work? Occasionally yes, however there will always be someone with your pet if I do happen to work.
