"It is clear that Shannon (and - bonus! - her housemates) adores animals.
They were sensitive to my dog's needs. She isn't used to be outside her usual environment so were patient with her.
They listened carefully to my instructions about her habits, and followed them.
They kept me updated with pictures of my dog throughout their stay.
They are kind and welcoming people and I felt comfortable in their home. Shannon invited me to drop in again mid-stay (I was still in Melbourne) to check on my dog and reassure her that I'd keep coming back. I appreciated that and it made for a more comfortable stay for my dog - I'm planning on leaving her for a longer stretch next time.
I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dog with Shannon again and consider her a trustworthy, reliable and caring pet sitter."

"Nhi (Charmy) was absolutely amazing while looking after my cat, Fridge 🐈⬛ I had to organise a petsitter for my cat very last minute due to a family emergency, and she was incredibly understanding, empathetic, and accommodating from the very start.
Her kindness during such a stressful time meant a lot to me 💗
She took such great care of Fridge and the updates were really reassuring and I could see he was in great hands ☺️ Everything about the experience was seamless, and Charmy truly went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most.

"I couldn't be more pleased with Elle and her love for dogs! She took fantastic care of Arlo, my standard poodle, when we went away for the long weekend. Elle sent lots of pictures and updates which was so comforting and she just knows and understands dogs - she managed dogs from different families staying with her superbly. "Had my dog stayed with Anson and her partner for 5 nights and we are very happy with the service and the care they provided.

"What can I say except that Silvia was exceptional with our pooch Lloyd! She truly showed him love and care! She took him on outings, was able to administer his medication and gave him plenty of cuddles! Upon meeting her she was warm and accommodating and Lloyd warmed to her instantly! "Casper was super attentive & caring with Hendrix. He agreed to take time out of his day to meet with us before I booked, updated me frequently & cooked & fed him chicken & rice when he had an upset tummy which evidences he was happy to go above & beyond to take care of him. Hendrix returned looking happy & pretty exhausted which is always a good sign. Would recommend and rebook Casper in a heartbeat - thankyou for taking care of him xo "

"Gabby was fabulous with our old girl boo. Boo stayed over for 9 nights and was treated like a queen.
