Hello, My name is Rhonda.I have always had pets - mostly cats and dogs. Throughout my married life and while raising children, I have tended to have labradors and more recently we have fallen in love with golden retrievers. I love that each animal has its own unique personality and I am constantly amazed at the sensitivity our dogs show in various situations.My husband and I are semi-retired and live on an acre at Mt Crosby so there is lots of room for our dogs to run around. the yard is fully fenced with very secure gates.We have a modern brick and tile home. We have hens and the neighbours have goats so it is quite a semi-rural area in a way. Our dogs are part of the family and are allowed inside (except when we are cleaning the floor). They are happy to sleep on our expansive deck at night and have both indoor and outdoor beds. Your furry friends will not be short of attention as we are at home for most of the day. I have a part-time teaching job which takes me out of the house for three mornings a week but I am always home before midday. We do not have a lot of social commitments so have good availability to accept newcomers.We have several regular little visitors who quickly become part of the family and we have heard that sometimes a lone dog will feel a bit sad when they don't have company when back at home. We have learned that it is best to introduce our new visitors slowly so an extended visit at the start is recommended. It is also good to bring some familiar toys and your pet's bedding arrangements too. Owners most often supply the preferred diet for their fur babies. Our dogvisitors will sleep onthe deck with our two retrieversand cat visitorswill remain inside at night.

I nagged my mum for my first dog when I was 14. She finally agreed saying "but you will have to pick up its poos"... from that day onwards I have tried to surround myself with dogs as much as I can . Quite simply if you are looking for me at a party I'm with the dog I grew up with golden retrievers and cats and have looked after dogs of all ages, shapes and temperaments. My partner and I just moved back to Australia from Toronto, Canada where we did dog boarding/sitting and walking very consistently.  We met some amazing pooches and people and would love to continue this in Aus.Currently I am living in a house with 3 other dogs on property, therefore at this time I am only looking to sit in the owners home.&nbsp;I believe I am extremely empathetic towards dogs needs, I ensure water is always available, meals are provided on time and they are given the attention they crave.


My wife and I have two beautiful Sammy’s (aged 3 &amp; 5) that love the company of other dogs. We arelocated in Fig Tree Pocket, only 10kms from Brisbane city and has easy access to the freeways. We typically look after our friends’ pets when they go away on holiday and thought it would be nice to provide accommodation to other dogs that are used to being around people and enjoy the creature comforts of a home.&nbsp;&nbsp;
We have a nice manageable yard that is fully fenced and dog safe. Lots of grassed areas to run aroundand play. We also have a nice undercover area that your dog can rest and play under if it is wet outside. Our dogs sleep with us in our room under air conditioning all year round. However, the door is open and they can sleep wherever they feel like (inside the house).  Your dog will be welcome into our home and have access to all rooms.&nbsp;&nbsp;
My wife works from home full time so there will always be someone in the house to mind them. We have multiple air conditioning units in the house, so in summer you can rest assured they will not get too hot.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Our girl Lily is very social and loves to play, whereas Milo is more shy but enjoys playing with his tennis balls.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I am a massive animal lover! I have been raised with animals since I was born, and I can not imagine my life without them - they bring me so much joy and love! I have an abundance of experience in looking after cats &amp; dogs (including senior dogs). I have cared for most dog breeds, ranging from shih tzus to bull mastiffs - and I love them all!&nbsp;
Here is some essential information to get to know me &amp; the services I provide:

My apartment has been set up to provide a safe and adequate space for pets, prioritising their comfort. This includes toys, blankets, and a grass pee pad for dogs or a litter tray for cats. I can also provide rain and anxiety jackets where necessary. 
For dogs booked for boarding or daycare, my price includes regular trips outside to go to the toilet and have a sniff, as well as one walk a day (the length depends on your pet's needs, but can range from 10 - 40 minutes)
For dogs booked for boarding or daycare, I only take on one pet at a time to maximise the care and attention provided to your pet (and to ensure they have adequate space to play and zoom around my apartment!)
For dog walks and house visits, I can do up to two visits a day, and can take on 2 pets at a time. These visits/walks average around 30-45minutes. 
I am confident in administering medications and am experienced in looking after senior dogs and animals with health issues.
As a university student, my availability is super flexible, and I spend the majority of my time at home studying or working from home.&nbsp;
For the brief periods I am out, I have a security camera to check in on your pet from my phone. With this being said, please keep in mind that not all pets are suited to the apartment lifestyle - particularly if they bark or cry a lot if left alone for even 10 minutes.
I live alone and do not have any animals of my own, meaning that me and your pet will quickly become each other's best companions!
Your pet will sleep inside, wherever they feel most comfortable - their bed, my couch, but most often they enjoy snuggling up in bed with me

I have completed a puppy raising program for 9 months for Guide Dogs Australia which I really enjoyed. I raised a black labrador named Fergus. The program included walking him, toilet training, feeding, introducing him to every day life as much as possible, taking him to training twice a month. I have now given Fergus back and would like to assist others with dog walks/ sitting as I love dogs and this was a very rewarding experience for me.
I love dogs. I have grown up with big dogs (German Shepherds and Alaskan Malamutes), and don't have a preference for dog sizes. I would walk my dogs for an hour everyday. I work 8 hours a day from home and the office during the week, so could be flexible with days.

We are simply a lover of Doggies.
We lost my 14 year old Boxer 3 years ago and it broke our heart , we did everything together from walks , drives plays in the park, drives to the water , walks on the beach and just laying around the house . We are now ready to share our love with your dogs., so we can again smile and spoil a few dogs again in our  life  .
As we both  love to walk  we  would love a companion to walk with and have a happy waging tail . Dogs to us  are part of a family and they deserve to loved and cared for even when Mum or Dad are away , so we will treat your dog as ours .
Whilst we have no experience as a pet sitter yet ( well we do we had our Boxer for 14 years ) we will love your dog just like our own .
We  have a fully fenced yard and your dog is welcome  to lay on the rocks or sit in the shaded veradah,  or if they would prefer be inside upstairs  or downstairs, really wherever they are most comfortable  and happy .
On hot days they may want the sprinkler or the shell pool filled up for some refreshing fun .
