"This was our first time with Sam, and we couldn’t be happier. Sam was thoughtful, communicative, and clearly has a natural way with animals. Alvin instantly warmed up to her, which says a lot—he’s usually slow to trust new people. We came home to a calm, happy dog and felt reassured every step of the way. "My animals were very well taken care of by Smriti. It is very clear that she genuinely cares about animals and their wellbeing.
We encountered an unexpected issue on the first morning that was outside of her control, which meant she was unable to access the house as planned. Throughout the entire situation, Smriti kept me updated, took initiative to help problem-solve, and was incredibly patient and understanding. She even went out of her way to return that evening once the issue was resolved to make sure my cats were taken care of.
I really appreciated her communication, flexibility and dedication, especially when things didn't go according to plan. I would absolutely recommend Smriti to anyone looking for a caring, reliable and thoughtful pet sitter!"
