"All went well according to plan except that Sophie my baby was not very friendly and kept her distance (typical of Siamese cat behaviour) but Pauline sent me videos every day to prove that she had seen her even at a distance and that her food had been eaten. We got home to a well fed baby who shouted at us, but all was well. :) Thank you Pauline. "

"Jacqueline did an amazing job looking after my 2 very old and sick cats. She managed both of their special needs incredibly well and her great communication gave me incredible piece of mind that both cats were happy and well cared for. "Erika was very conscientious and friendly, and spent time getting to know our dog and us, before we left. Our dog is especially anxious of strangers, so we really appreciated her making the extra effort to feel comfortable with our dog before we left. She sent photos every day so we could see that our pets were happy and well cared for. She even bought the dog a Christmas treat! She also watered our plants. "Holly was fantastic. We needed someone to come in and check on our two cats every couple of days to do a welfare check, clean their automatic litter box and make sure there was plenty of food and water in their automatic feeder and water fountain. Holly was very attentive to our two cats, and sent us photos and messages after her visits. She left treats out for them and made sure everything was left nice and tidy for our return. We were very at ease with her and were able to have a worry free holiday."
