"I cannot recommend Jenna enough. I was let down at short notice by my regular sitter and Pawshake was suggested by a friend. Jenna was top of the list and I contacted her immediately. Her quick response, understanding of the situation and efficient organisation was fabulous, and on meeting her I knew straight away she would be a great pet sitter - she was confident with my pets, understood my concerns and even suggested a few things. I was able to leave for my long weekend confident my cat and budgie were in safe hands. Jenna kept me updated with lovely photos and unique comments which helped keep me connected with my pets.

"Lou is AHH-MAZING!!!!! Lou went above and beyond and treated my fur babies with the most genuine love and care. Lots of pics and videos I could clearly see they loved her and were well taken care of. There were a few situations on her visits that were outside the normal scope of a pet sitter and I couldn’t be more grateful with how Lou took it on with understanding and flexibility. "Rachel is a fantastic sitter. She is diligent with her communication, giving us thorough updates on their wellbeing and health, always with lots of great photos! She managed their feeding and medication schedules well, and went above and beyond in looking after them.
Our cats seemed to become really attached to her, letting her pat them and run to the door to see her.
She seems really kind, flexible and courteous, the exact kind of person you want looking after your pets. She really put our minds at ease while we were away, knowing the cats were being well looked after.
Lastly, coming home, she'd left the house really tidy, treating it like it was her own.

"Vanessa was an excellent pet sitter for our 2 cats while we were away for 2 1/2 weeks and I would highly recommend her as a caring and professional pet sitter. Knowing that our kitties were in good hands was a great relief and made our time away more restful.
