"Holly was an absolute gem of a catsitter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our beloved furbabies for over a week. From the first meeting, she put us completely at ease, making the transition of leaving them in her care much smoother. Her kindness, professionalism, and warmth were evident from the start.
One of the things we appreciated most was her thoughtful daily updates, complete with adorable photos. Knowing how our cats were doing each day brought so much comfort and made the separation much easier. She went above and beyond to ensure they felt loved, cared for, and completely at home in her presence.
Holly was not only incredibly organised and reliable, but she was also a delight to communicate with throughout. Our cats adored her, and it was clear they had formed a special bond. Without a doubt, we’ll be engaging her services again in the future—she’s an absolute superstar, and we highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dedicated, trustworthy, and loving catsitter (or Furbaby sitter! "Amazing at communicating and flexible with times to best suit what worked for my dog. My dog obviously loved the company and attention that they gave. "First time booking with Caitlin and can I say what an amazing service she provided to my 2 cats.
She sent text messages and pictures every day which reassured me and let me enjoy my holiday knowing that they were both safe and being well taken care of.
I was highly impressed with how clean Caitlin kept their litter area as I have 1 fussy cat.
Caitlin always had great communication with me from the very first meet and greet. I knew my cats were in safe hands with her.

"Jacqui was an amazing pup sitter for our dogs. we have a jumper, and she managed her like a pro taking away a huge stress that she would be too much to handle. Both dogs were very happy and healthy, and Jacqui had excellent communication, taking away another stress as we knew daily what was happening with them. "We had to scramble to find a sitter for a last minute trip away. Tia responded and accepted our request quickly which was a relief. Her pre-sitting questions and visit were great. We got pictures each day and came home to a happy, relaxed cat, which speaks volumes about Tia. My fur baby never fails to express his displeasure at our absence if he doesn't bond with a sitter.
