"I requested a pet sitter at short notice and over the Christmas period due to unforeseen circumstances with my original pet sitter, Wing Yin responded quickly to my ad, organised a meet and greet within a few days and took on the task of looking after my 3 fur babies.
I really appreciated the updates, photos and videos sent to me each and every day, knowing that they were being looked after by someone who treated them as they were their own pets set my mind at ease.
Wing Yin also assisted by watering the plants and taking out the bins.
I will absolutely recommend Wing Yin to anyone who is looking for a sitter to look after their cats.

"A massive thank you to Roy for all your help with our cat, Pinot. Our cat is getting older now and a little more difficult to look after. She doesn't seem to like us going away and she’s expressed that dislike by making a mess for our return. However, this time we've come home to a very happy cat (unlike some past holidays).
Roy was able to develop a great rapport with our cat, which was of great comfort us. He took care to locate her each day and provided many updates on her wellbeing and garden locations while we were away.
There is no question of Roy’s love of animals, and we are grateful for the additional care of our aging cat.
Roy has dozens of fabulous reviews and for good reason. Our cat was in great care with Roy. We will definitely book him again.

"Tamara and her kids were amazing at looking after our two older doggies. They were showered in cuddles and love and sent lots of photos so we could enjoy our time away knowing the dogs were having a great time too. "Zara has been an amazing sitter for our cat Tofu!!! She came to visit before we made the booking, dropping down all the details and habit of Tofu. "Maddison took care of my 3 dogs for two weeks. She dropped around before I left to meet the dogs and get the arrangements and food sorted. Maddison provided me with daily updates and photos/videos. "I had a fantastic experience with Rebecca! She took care of my fur baby Cali - as if she was her own. The communication was excellent, with regular updates and plenty of adorable photos. "We would like to give our highest recommendation for Loreen.
Loreen was a great communicator from start to finish. She visited our house and then messaged back to confirm all the details that we had discussed. She was very thorough and asked questions I hadn’t even considered, which made me feel so comfortable about leaving access to both our home and cat in her care. Loreen kept me updated with pics throughout our holiday which put me completely at ease and left no wondering if everything was ok back home. Our cat looked very happy, either curled up sleeping and comfortable or enjoying cuddles with Loreen. Loreen should be a pro animal photographer some of the photos were really great!
I found Loreen extremely professional. She immediately had a great rapport with our cat, which was of great comfort as our cat can be skittish around new people. I genuinely felt that Loreen loves animals and has a deep affection for the animals in her care. She worked hard to ensure our cat was comfortable in our absence. We came home to a very happy cat.
Loreen also watered my beloved plants while we were on holiday. Loreen knew the plant by species and I was delighted to receive an update on their progress as well 😊. I’m so grateful!

"I was very worried because it was my first time using a pet sitter and I was not used to it. But she eased my worries. She has such a sweet and delicate personality. "Angie looked after our cat and fish while we were away for 2 weeks. We were very happy with the experience, and Angie even went out of her way to come back after one of her daily visits to collect a package for us! Our cat got a lot of attention during the visits and was not as needy as usual when we returned. We also got great photos sent to us each day, which gave us peace of mind. We have booked Angie again for our next trip and have no doubt that our cat will be happy to see a familiar face while we are away."
