"A massive thank you to Roy for all your help with our cat, Pinot. Our cat is getting older now and a little more difficult to look after. She doesn't seem to like us going away and she’s expressed that dislike by making a mess for our return. However, this time we've come home to a very happy cat (unlike some past holidays).
Roy was able to develop a great rapport with our cat, which was of great comfort us. He took care to locate her each day and provided many updates on her wellbeing and garden locations while we were away.
There is no question of Roy’s love of animals, and we are grateful for the additional care of our aging cat.
Roy has dozens of fabulous reviews and for good reason. Our cat was in great care with Roy. We will definitely book him again.

"We recently returned from a 5-day trip and couldn't be happier with the exceptional care our cats received from Jessie. Her dedication went far beyond our expectations!
Our cats are typically quite shy with strangers, but Jessie showed remarkable patience and understanding. Through a thoughtful combination of toys, treats, gentle music and careful coaxing from their hiding spots, she gradually earned their trust. By the end of her stay, both cats were completely comfortable with her—our youngest, Moka, even followed her around the house purring loudly, which is a true testament to how safe they felt in her presence.
Jessie was meticulous about maintaining their daily routine. The litter box was always spotlessly clean, water bowls were refreshed regularly, food was provided on schedule, and she offered treats at just the right times. Most importantly, she gave them abundant attention and playtime daily.
What truly impressed us was her consistent communication. We received daily text updates along with adorable photos and videos of our furry companions, which provided wonderful peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, we found two very happy, relaxed cats—the ultimate proof of excellent care.
Jessie is an absolute gem of a pet sitter, and we will definitely be utilising her services again for future trips. Her genuine love for animals shines through in everything she does. I couldn't possibly recommend her highly enough!"

I couldn’t be happier with Percy’s service as a cat sitter! She is a sweet and warm-hearted person who genuinely loves cats. I was overseas for five weeks, throughout her visits, she took amazing care of my cats, Benny and Tenna, capturing plenty of photos and videos to keep me updated. Her communication was always prompt, and she even went the extra mile by helping with household chores. Thanks to Percy, I felt completely at ease knowing my cats were in such good hands. "I feel so lucky to have found Avril. Avril is incredibly gifted in animal care and communication, and I came home to two very happy and relaxed pets who had obviously been extremely well looked after. My fussy cat who is not a great eater has even put on a little weight which is something i have not been able to achieve on my own! I really could not recommend Avril more highly, thank you SO much for all your love and care."

"We were really happy with how Jenny cared for our two cats. What's more, our cats appeared very happy as well. Previously when we returned from vacation, despite the lovely cattery we have taken them to, they have been quite angry at us for a couple of hours when we collect them. This time they were not at all upset, and we will definitely be reaching out to Jenny again next time we go away. Jenny has good communication and is very diligent with the food and tidying up. "

"I couldn’t be more pleased with Jess as my cat sitter! She took such great care of my fur baby while I was away. Every day, she made sure to brush my cat, give her asthma puffs, and administer her medication on time. I also appreciated that she ensured the auto-feeder was working smoothly and kept my cat’s water fresh. On top of that, she watered my plants (they didn’t die!) and made sure the kitty litter was always clean. It was such a relief knowing my cat and home were in such capable hands. "Marilu is exceptional! So glad I found her profile here, she’s been treating my two cats so well that even my scaredy and shy cat got to like her! She is very caring and gentle, both of my boys seemed happy and relaxed when I came back from holidays. Marilu also kept everything extremely tidy, which was surprising because I didn’t expect that, considering my two large cats always make a mess, and she even watered my plants, which I’m really greatful for ❤️ I always received tons of photos of my boys and timely updates on them, and Marilu often visited me at my preferred time, even early in the morning. We had a meet and greet meeting first, and she also kindly offered to respect the old price for me because I made a booking before her prices update, which I’m also very thankful for! "Laree is a wonderful sitter. She took great care of our two cats while we were away for 2 weeks. She left detailed reports of every visit, played with our cats, brushed them and generally took care of their needs. She even brought her own toys to play with them. Cats were at ease with her and everything was in order when we came back. I would highly recommend Laree."

"Janita was the perfect sitter for my 14 year old 'Nudge', the blue point ragdoll! He is an inside cat with an automatic feeder, but I can tell she loved checking on him and he was most content when I got back. She was responsive with messages, on time to meet and an experienced person with animals. She sent me updates and photos while I was away - which was much appreciated.
