Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Pymble NSW Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Pymble NSW cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Pymble NSW cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

Hello! My name is Kaley and I am looking to do some dog walking or house sitting. I absolutely love animals and I have owned 4 dogs, trained 3 of them as puppies, a cat, and various other animals. I am also an experienced pet sitter. I love playing with and training animals and creating a close bond with them. There is nothing better than coming home to an animal that is overjoyed to see you at the end of the day.
I am happy to pet sit for a few days or longer, if needed. Pet sitting is my full-time job, so I will be available to stay at home with your pets throughout the day. I am very clean and tidy and will ensure to leave your home exactly the way you left it. I can also help take care of any plants you may have.
I look forward to hearing from you and meeting you and your lovely pets!

Hello pet lovers!!
I’m an experienced pet sitter and dog walker from Uruguay, with a strong background in house & pet sitting in Australia. I’m currently active on house sitting platforms and have great reviews from previous sits, happy to share! I absolutely love dogs and enjoy giving them lots of care, attention, and fun walks. I’m confident handling different personalities, sizes, and breeds, and I always make sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I treat every home with respect and responsibility, and I’m comfortable with daily walks, feeding, playtime, and overnight stays.
Reliable, friendly, and adaptable, I aim to make each pet sitting experience stress-free and enjoyable for both pets and owners. I always stay calm and attentive, giving more space to anxious pets ans enjoying playful pets safely.
Full availability and happy to accommodate your schedule. I’d love to meet your furry friends and provide them with all the care they deserve!! thanks a lot

Hi, I’m Evelyn! With five years of experience as a veterinary nurse, I bring both professional knowledge and a warm, caring approach to looking after every pet in my care. My background allows me to understand each animal’s unique needs, notice subtle changes in their behavior, and create a safe and nurturing environment where they can feel truly comfortable.Communication is very important to me, so I will keep you regularly updated with photos, videos, and messages. This way, you can feel connected to your pet at all times, even when you’re away. A typical day here includes enjoyable walks, plenty of playtime, cuddles, and lots of one-on-one attention. My goal is always to ensure that every animal feels secure, stimulated, and loved. You can trust that I will treat your pet with the same dedication, patience, and affection that I give to my own animals. Their well-being, happiness, and safety are always my top priorities.

I am an older lady, a retired creative arts teacher . I love travelling and being out in nature and delving into the mysteries of the wider Cosmos . I am an experienced and very well regarded pet sitter and mad keen animal lover. I work primarily as a live in sitter meaning I will come to your home and stay overnight to care for your pets while you are away . I normally undertake sits from a minimum of 3 days and up to 6 weeks.
I have been pet sitting now for close to three years and have clocked up some really wonderful 5 star reviews via agencies I worked through prior to joining Pawshake I dont currently own any pets myself and love the opportunity pet sitting affords me to spend quality time with other people's fur babies . I see my role as a doting visiting aunt ... lots of fun and cuddles walks if required and spoiling and often find it hard to say goodbye to the fur babies I mind . I find the more sits I have done the more I have really come to respect and appreciate the unconditional love and joy animals have to share and its usually a wrench having to say goodbye at the end of a sit .I really appeciate too the knowlege and insights into all the different breeds of dogs and cats pet sitting has afforded me I've come to learn many little known facts about the different breeds Eg did you know Poodles used to be used as police dogs in France ? Huskies can defiantely be the houdinis of he dog world,Border Collies love to round you up and Staffies I've discovered can have the biggest of hearts to match their wide wide smiles .
I particularly love to walk the doggies I mind and especially love the dog park experience . I find it a really fun and very sociable part of a sit .Love watching the dogs socializing and often find other pet friendly nice people to chat to at the dog park.
I usually pack a creative project in my suitcase when off to a sit such as a writing or illustration project I have been working on writing and illustrating and self publishing a second childrens book as my latest project
I find it works well to have a creative project to work on whilst spending quality time chilling with the pets I mind in their own home . I feel priveleged and blessed to have had the lovely opportunites to spend quality time caring for and enjoying the company of the pets I have minded over the last few years .
Apart from taking care of cats and dogs of many different breeds and ages I have had quite a bit of experience minding chickens .I once minded a chook house with 50 bossy chickens who were very enamoured of the applique flowers on my leather sandles and went for my feet everytime I entered their domain .It was soemwhat terrifying but I lived to tell the tale and I am pleased to report the only critter ever to have sheafed its mortal coil while on my watch was a little hermit crab .I came downstairs one morning to find its e shell floating upside down and its little legs pointing skywards . Cause of death unknown It was very sad . However other than than I'm very pleased to report overall very positive experiences of handing back to their owners relaxed happy pets and a sparkling clean home at the end of each sit. Thankyou

I absolutely love dogs and all animals. I had a Shih Tzu and a couple cats since I was little as well as fishes.
My local area in Lindfield has a lot of green space for walking around and I especially love taking dogs for a walk and being as active as possible throughout the day.
I genuinely love all animals and love the various wildlife that visit the area including kookaburras, cockatoos, bush turkeys, rabbits and more.
My motivation to be a dog sitter and walker comes from wanting to give pet owners peace of mind, knowing their furry family members are cared for as if they were my own.
I also love taking photos and will ensure you get photos of your furry companion when you are away or after walks.
I regularly work from home and generally have a flexible work schedule.
I have over 5 years dog/cat sitting and I am regularly the go-to person when looking after my siblings dogs!

I started pet sitting as favour for a friend who was going travelling for a month, so I looked after his dog, Hunter in 2014/15. That went so well I ended up staying with him for almost a year, taking Hunter for walks twice a day every day, feeding him and cleaning his area. Then, in 2019, back to Brazil (where I’m originally from), I started pet sitting regularly for a friend who had 10 cats and one dog (Ozzy). I stayed at her house at least for a month every year while she traveled for work or holidays. Then, another house with 4 lovely cats. Now back to Australia I have been cat sitting through apps and groups and it has been a great experience, since I absolutely love animals.
I am also a support worker and visual artist. I'm very calm and I like to spend time at home so we keep each other company. Working as carer has made me develop skills and use my own characteristics such as being empathetic, responsible and communicating in different ways, I believe this is one of my fortes as a pet sitter as well, I pay attention to animals needs and I'm always there for them because I do it out of love.

Hello :)
My name is June, nice to meet you!

I am originally from Thailand, where I grew up in a home full of pets. My family has always loved animals, so I have had the chance to care for many different kinds of pets, including rabbits, cats, dogs, and birds. (In fact, we had 2 dogs, 7 cats, 3 birds, and 2 rabbits!) Because of this, I am very comfortable with almost any type of animal, and you never have to worry about whether I will get along with your beloved pets.

I truly love spending time with animals and believe they deserve kindness, attention, and patience. When looking after your pets, I am happy to feed them, play with them, keep them company, and make sure they feel safe and happy while you are away. I also understand that each pet has its own personality and needs, so I always do my best to give them individual care

For the safety and wellbeing of all animals, I kindly welcome only vaccinated pets. This helps ensure a healthy and secure environment where pets can relax and feel at home, while giving owners confidence that their companions are safe. My goal is to provide loving, attentive care so every pet I look after remains happy, protected, and well cared for.

Hi there, me and my husband have a deep passion for animals. We have two adorable dogs who are the light of our lives. We cherish every moment with them and are always looking to make new furry friends. Our home is a haven for pets, filled with love, care, and endless fun. With over 7 years of experience looking after our own dogs as well as those of friends and family, we are confident in providing the best care and companionship. Our big fenced backyard offers a secure space for play, and we live near a lovely park that we visit daily. This ensures that our dogs, and any dogs we host, get plenty of exercise and socialization. We understand the importance of a safe and engaging environment for pets and are committed to offering the best for your furry friends. We can’t wait to welcome your beloved pets into our family and ensure they have a wonderful time with us. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friends! :)

Hey everyone! I am Charley. I live in Beecroft. I am the owner of one cat, Mimi. I adopted her when she was half year old. She is a little adventurer and loves exploring the new thing!
I have always wanted to adopt more animals, but I am currently renting, so I can't keep any more pets at my place.
Pawshake is a good platform where I can meet animal friends and care for them. I can do house visiting, house sitting at the owner's place and dog walking!
My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I have become a pet sitter for months now. I love animals and will always treat them like my own pet.
Other than pet sitting, I can also help with house sitting, including watering your plants, collecting your mail, etc.

My services include:

Home Visits - where I spend time with them either once or twice a day, giving them love, feeding them, looking after them, whatever they need! This is great for pets needing more love after WFH pawrents have gone back to the office.
Overnight stays: where I stay the night with your pet, keep them company and give them lots of love while you are away / on holiday.
Dog walks: 45 to 60 mins, depending on what your fur babies need!!
Day care: only accepts small-sized dogs (10kg or below) as I have a cat at home. Thanks for understanding.

I can give updates through all my services, including pictures, messages etc, and can follow any instructions you may have regarding your pet (eg, special diets, medications)

If you're looking for someone to love your pet as if it was their own, and respect their needs and yours, then send me a message!

I have a big heart, and can't wait to share my love and care with your fur baby!
