Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Plumpton NSW Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Plumpton NSW cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Plumpton NSW cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

Hi, my name is Ashley, and I have a huge love for animals! I have a dachshund named Franklin, who is my absolute world. I know how important it is for pets to receive love, attention, and care when their owners are away, and I would love to help by providing a safe and happy experience for your pet.
I have experience looking after pets for friends and family, both in my home and theirs. I have cared for a variety of breeds, from small dogs like Chihuahuas to larger dogs such as Labradors. Franklin is very friendly and loves having other dogs around, but I always make sure introductions are done carefully to ensure all pets are comfortable. I do prefer dogs that are vaccinated for safety reasons.
If your pet stays with me, they will be in a loving, pet-friendly home with a secure backyard and plenty of indoor space to relax. I work from home most days, so your pet will have constant supervision, companionship, and lots of attention. A typical day includes morning and evening walks, playtime, enrichment activities, and, of course, lots of cuddles!
I understand how important it is for pet owners to have peace of mind, so I provide regular updates, including photos and messages. If any concerns arise, I will contact you immediately and ensure your pet gets the best possible care.
I am happy to offer:
Dog sitting (at your home or mine)
Dog walking (all breeds welcome)
Feeding, playtime, and companionship
Medication administration (if needed)
I would love to meet you and your pet to discuss their needs and ensure a perfect fit. Let’s chat and arrange a meet-and-greet!

Hi, I am Destiny's human! She is my beautiful elderly dog and has been with me since she was 7 weeks old. At the moment, I am offering home visits (not overnight stays), feeding, playtime, walking and lots of cuddles. I treat every pet like they are my own. I can always send you lots of photos so you feel safe and secure that your baby is happy with me.
I will offer pet sitting at some stage, however, I just want to give my baby girl destiny a happy and comfortable home environment especially while she is getting older and more illnesses occur.
I have a lot of experience with sick animals, I will follow your direction and treat your baby as you do.
Feel free to reach out to me, have a chat and let's meet up and start caring for your baby. I am pretty easy going
Services include
Dog walking, playing, feeding, transport services to appointments. Dog sitting overnight is not available at this stage.
take care

Hi my name is Kim I've been in the animal field for going on 20 years now, I have about 10 years also with vet nursing experience. What can I say, I just love animals !! I have 3x children who live with me , they are 12, 12 and 10 (yes twins!!) they are important in this job as they help give the animals the attention and love. You can imagine lots of animals needing their love cup filled ! They have been with me through a lot of my vet nursing journeys where I have taken in a lot of stray or injured animals. I have been in the pet sitting business for about 7 years now as well. I have only just recently in the last year been boarding cats and dogs in my home. I live in a 4 bedroom house. My motivation is to help people find a secure and friendly atmosphere for your loved ones. This is so they don't have to be in a CAGE and be charged lots of money for this. This is so the animals have room to stretch and play and have regular contact and cuddles !! CATS:For any cats that board with me, they have set ups in each bedroom, including scratching post, litter tray, food/ water bowl and toys and a nice bed to sleep on. ONLY FAMILY CATS CAN SHARE A ROOM TOGETHER. Otherwise the cats are separated in their own space. They get cuddles at night with the girls, which the cats really enjoy snuggling with them.DOGS: SMALL - MEDIUM ONLY ACCEPTED. I can only accept dogs who are friendly towards other dogs ! I also have 2x cats who I have had since they were babies. They are very very adjustable to the animals I bring into the home. They are happy to be outside with the dogs as long as the dogs don't try to eat them ! They are very sociable and like hanging around with the dogs. They are used to dogs playing and chasing them. They like to cuddle up with any dogs that will allow this. When I'm not working at the vets or pet sitting, I'm doing support work through NDIS. I love my time bonding with my furr clients. I can appreciate every little personality that comes to me. I do need animals up to date with vaccinatons- C5 for dogs and F3 for cats, also flea/ tick and worming as well. Any health conditions or behaviours need to be discussed before hand so I have an idea of how your pet is. Thank you for reading my bio ! And look forward to meeting you and your furbabies

Hello! My name is Elizabeth, and I’m a lifelong animal lover with a special soft spot for dogs. My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from a deep love for animals and the joy they bring into our lives. Growing up surrounded by pets and now caring for them with my own family has taught me the importance of providing a safe, happy, and loving environment for furry friends.
I have experience with pet care, including walking, feeding, and providing plenty of playtime and cuddles. I understand how important it is for pet owners to feel confident that their beloved pets are in good hands. That’s why I’m committed to offering personalised, attentive care tailored to each pet's needs.
For everyone’s safety, I only accept vaccinated pets into my home. I look forward to meeting you and your furbaby and ensuring they feel comfortable, loved, and happy while you’re away!

Hello, and thank you for considering us for your pet sitting needs! We are a passionate husband-and-wife team with a lifelong love for cats. Having shared our lives with these wonderful creatures for as long as we can remember, we understand the deep bond between pets and their owners. Currently, we are the proud parents of three delightful fur babies who bring endless joy and love into our home.

I work as an Area manager for a large retail chain, currently on Parental leave looking after our adorable 7 month old full time. So I can be very flexible and free almost every day. My wife is also able to support after work.
Happy to 1 / 2 visits per day. Feeding, changing litter, letting dogs out etc. can stay to give them some interaction or leave as you require. Love animals so happy to be adaptable.

Have always love cats and dogs, have used Pawshake a lot on the past now happy to be able to support people as they need on the other side of the system :)

Our journey into pet sitting began with our own experiences as cat owners. We know firsthand the peace of mind that comes from knowing your beloved pets are in capable, loving hands while you're away. This is what inspired us to offer our services to other pet owners. We aim to provide the same level of care, attention, and affection that we give to our own cats.

Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each cat, ensuring they are comfortable, safe, and happy. From feeding and playtime to administering medications and maintaining their routines, we handle it all with the utmost dedication. We believe that every cat deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, and we strive to create a home-away-from-home experience for them.

We understand the trust you place in a pet sitter, and we are committed to earning and maintaining that trust. Whether you need daily visits or extended care, we are here to provide the best possible care for your feline friends. We look forward to meeting you and your furry family members!
