Not only was she incredibly punctual every day, but she also made sure to keep me updated with photos and videos of Loki, which was such a comfort. The best part? She even visited him on her day off, which was so thoughtful and really showed how much she cared. "Rachel was an absolutely fantastic pet sitter! This was the first time we used the Pawshake service so we were a little nervous but after my initial meeting with Rachel I was feeling very confident. Rachel really took great care of our two boys (cats) and took time to play with them every day and ensure I was updated with photos regularly. When we came home they were happy and healthy, no signs of stress at all. When Rachel came over to drop off the keys they approached her as if old friends and were completely at ease. On top of that our cats had been shedding hair and Rachel vacuumed the area before we arrived home which we were incredibly grateful for. I am now very happy I have found a reliable and trustworthy pet sitter in Rachel, and I have already recommended her to friends and family in the area!"
