"My animals were very well taken care of by Smriti. It is very clear that she genuinely cares about animals and their wellbeing.
We encountered an unexpected issue on the first morning that was outside of her control, which meant she was unable to access the house as planned. Throughout the entire situation, Smriti kept me updated, took initiative to help problem-solve, and was incredibly patient and understanding. She even went out of her way to return that evening once the issue was resolved to make sure my cats were taken care of.
I really appreciated her communication, flexibility and dedication, especially when things didn't go according to plan. I would absolutely recommend Smriti to anyone looking for a caring, reliable and thoughtful pet sitter!"

"Kate was wonderful - she took great care of our 2 cats and was very conscientious and trustworthy. Communication was great and sent us updates. Best experience from all pet sitters we have used in the past by far. Would definitely recommend Kate's services."
