"It was so great to have Liz watch our baby, Bella whilst we went away to see family. I don't like leaving her too much, as she was a rescue cat so to have texts daily, each time Liz popped in really made me feel at ease. Faced with a surprise cruise aboard the Queen Elizabeth, we urgently required a competent and loving caregiver for our Norwegian Forest cats, Mocha and Charlie. Maria stepped in on short notice and went above and beyond, exceeding even our highest expectations.
Twice daily, Maria impeccably attended to feeding, water bowl refills, and litter maintenance. What sets Maria apart is her willingness to genuinely connect with Mocha and Charlie during these visits. Her responsibilities were executed not as mere tasks, but as heartfelt gestures that underlined her deep affection for animals.
Mocha and Charlie, cautious by nature due to past lockdowns, were quick to sense Maria's kindness. "I went interstate for 3 days. Pablo walked my boy twice a day and sent me great pictures to ease my worried mind. He was very easy to deal with and communicate with, and made my first experience with pawshake a very positive one.
