I’ve chosen to look after pets because caring for animals has always been a natural and meaningful part of my life. I was raised around pets and have grown up understanding the responsibility, patience, and love that animals need to feel safe and happy. Over the years, this passion led me to volunteer at a veterinary clinic for 3 years, where I gained hands-on experience supporting animal care and wellbeing. That time reinforced how important trust, gentleness, and attention to detail are when looking after someone’s beloved pet. I started pet sitting as favour for a friend who was going travelling for a month, so I looked after his dog, Hunter in 2014/15. That went so well I ended up staying with him for almost a year, taking Hunter for walks twice a day every day, feeding him and cleaning his area. Then, in 2019, back to Brazil (where I’m originally from), I started pet sitting regularly for a friend who had 10 cats and one dog (Ozzy). I stayed at her house at least for a month every year while she traveled for work or holidays. Then, another house with 4 lovely cats. Now back to Australia I have been cat sitting through apps and groups and it has been a great experience, since I absolutely love animals.
I am also a support worker and visual artist. I'm very calm and I like to spend time at home so we keep each other company. Working as carer has made me develop skills and use my own characteristics such as being empathetic, responsible and communicating in different ways, I believe this is one of my fortes as a pet sitter as well, I pay attention to animals needs and I'm always there for them because I do it out of love.

I am very good with animals, especially dogs. In Spain I had a dog for ten years, but I also have walked others before because it is something I enjoy a lot. When I was walking my dog I really liked to walk through the nature and I used to walk from 1 to 2 hours.
Also I am fit and I like to exercise everyday, so in my free time I use to go to the gym or walk with my friends and sometimes I walk my friend´s pets. &nbsp;
I can not get pets into my house because I am living in a tiny studio, but I can walking dogs and sitting dogs in their owners home. 
Dog walking: I use to walk for one hours or one and a half hour, but I am open to other proposals. I usually go to quiet places where there are not many people (Manly Vale, Balgowlah Heights, etc.) but I can change depending on what the owner wants.
House sitting: only if it is for a few hours (no more than two). I am able to water the plants and bring in the mail. Of course, I always keep safety in mind (lock the door before and after the walk, close the lowered windows if necessary, leave the keys in the correct place)
I do not mind what kind of dog (small. medium or large) I would have to walk, so do not hesitate to contact me. 
Availability: I am usually available on weekdays in the afternoons from 4 PM and all the weekends. 
I have training experience with my own dog, but nothing oficial. I can give medications to pets if neeeded.
