We have had animals throughout our life. We treat them as part of our family, we would care for them and take them out to the very close park (Parramatta Park), as well as our building. We have a very big garden which we would use as well. We are a quite active couple and would take doggies under our care for at least 2/3 walks per day We have been looking after other people fur babies throughout the last couple of years, and have loved the experience. We are currently living in an apartment and we would prefer to have one/two doggies at the time so that the stay will be much more pleasant and if that's possible we would ask for them to be vaccinated.
We will keep owners updated with daily pics and videos through a group created by us on WhatsApp or messages so that the stay with us would be a much more pleasant experience!


I've had cats and dogs ever since I can remember, and I've learnt quite a lot about them along the way! As a lifelong carer and lover of animals, I pride myself on building connections with animals so they can feel safe and secure in my care.I'm 37 years old, living in Wentworthville with my husband and 2 pets, Harry and Nala. My day job is in oncology research.
I love pet sitting as, aside from meeting all sorts of wonderful animals, it gives me a great sense of satisfaction to provide a stress-free experience for both the animals and their humans. As a fairly quiet, introspective person, I love just "being" with animals who can say so much with just a look (looking at you, cats!). Spending time outdoors with a dog or two then hanging around with a cat on my lap is the perfect day to me :)
What I can offer:

Home visits - once or twice a day (feeding, poo patrol, playtime, medications, brushing)
House sitting - I stay in your house to keep your furbabies company. Please note I work during the day so will not be able to provide 24h care, but can stay in the evenings and overnight.

  I have 2.5 years' experience petsitting across Sydney on other platforms and have now settled in the heart of Parramatta. I'm available to stay in your home across Sydney or, if you live near Parramatta, I can housesit, walk your dog and/or do home visits and/or provide pet day care in your home. I'm flexible and can work from home as long as there is WiFi (I work full-time as an environmental engineer). 
  I have a police check and over 20 references from households across Sydney, whose dogs, cats, rabbits, chooks and guinea pigs I've looked after for periods from 2 days to 7 weeks over the past few years.


  I deal well with rescue animals, shy animals, older animals, anxious animals and young animals full of energy. 


  I can give medication and provide extra care as directed (For example, I've given heart medication, anxiety medication and helped an elderly cat drink out of the basin). I let animals follow their normal routine including sleeping on beds/couches if that's what they are used to. 


  Any pet owners located near the Anglican Church on Victoria Road, Parramatta, are particularly close to me. Our office is in North Sydney so housesits near North Sydney are also close to me. 


  If housesitting, I can keep the garden watered, check for mail, etc. and give frequent updates about pets. 


  For sits &gt;7 days or for more pets I'm happy to negotiate rates.

Hi, I'm Laura! I'm 25 years old, I'm a responsible and hard working person. I have a degree in Nursing, so I am passionate about taking care of people (and of course animals too).
I grew up in the countryside surrounded by animals: cats, dogs, rabbits... I've always been a cat person and love dogs too. I have experience volunteering for animal shelters: I have walked dogs, cleaned animal spaces, brought animals to the vet and I've also been a foster family for cats and dogs that are waiting to be adopted. And of course had my own cats and dogs at home.
I have been in Australia for a year, and I've been working as a waitress and sales assistant while applying for my Nursing degree acceptance.

I moved to Sydney at the beginning of 2020 from my home town in noosa. my favourite part of sydney has been the weather ️ I absolutely love living here.
I spend my free time gaming, I enjoy going for walks but prefer to do more indoor activities, I also do a lot of art and puzzles as well.
Ive lived with animals my whole life. My family has always had dogs  so I'm quite comfortable around all animals. I don't have any pets myself atm but I do live with a dog that belongs to my housemate. She is a very beautiful dog, lots of energy and always up for a belly rub and a pat.&nbsp;
I joined pawshake so that I can meet more animals and make sure they are taken care of properly while their family is on holiday. I have pet sit a few times for my friends while they have been away so I understand you miss your baby and want to make sure they are being looked after by someone who you can trust and is happy to give regular updates on them. 
I offer house visits, this will include, changing litter, feeding, watering plants 🪴, bringing in the mail, taking the bins out and bringing them in but most importantly sending time with your animals, belly rubs, playing with them and their toys.&nbsp;
I don't work from home so my availability varies depending on my work schedule during the week. 
Fun fact: I once saved a duckling by helping it to hatch as it could not open its shell on its own, I nursed it and it went to live with a wonderful family so it could grow up.

I have always loved our four-legged friends and am understanding of not wanting to put them in a kennel when going away. If your pet stays with me, they will receive just as much love, affection and attention as my super friendly and sociable 7yo Kelpie x Labrador named Ekko.&nbsp;
If your pet stays with me, they will receive just as much love, affection and attention as Ekko does. I'm also happy to send photos/videos of their time with me to give you peace of mind.
I will walk your pet and ensure they get the physical and mental stimulation they need. The 'Vale of Ah' leash-free park is only about 8 minutes drive away, plus I have a park right across from my house which Ekko and I walk through and play in every day.&nbsp;
I am happy to have them sleep inside - unless you specifically request they stay outside.&nbsp;

I work full time but my work arrangement is hybrid atm. Ie i work 2-3 days in a week in the city and the rest at home.I have been fostering pets for a year and have foster failed two of them fur babies. Since i work in the office sometimes, i have cctv cameras at home just so i can check what they’re up to any time of the day.&nbsp;I would like someone to take care of my cat the same way I do so I want to do the same for other cat parents. When schedule permits, i would spend longer time with the cats to give them human interaction as i'm sure they're missing their much loved cat parents. At the moment, i can only provide house visits and i’ll be there for the usual litter clean up, feeding, water refills, and of course, for play and cuddles (as long as your cat permits). Let me know if you need me to open/close the windows for them, take out trash, turn on/off the lights, and the likes.
