She is friendly with other dogs, but prefers pats and playing with a ball.A bit about me, I've had dogs my whole life prior to moving to Australia 10 years ago. Since my partner and I both have family overseas we understand the feeling of worry and missing your pet when going away for a longer period of time, as we have experienced ourselves. We want to provide a boarding service with daily 'report cards', so you never have to wonder how your pet is or what they are doing. Furthermore, I am pet first aid certified with the Australian Red Cross.Furry guests can expect the same treatment as our own dog, essentially lots of cuddles and play time. We have large fully-inclosed backyard and frontyard areas including porch and patio where pups can play and sunbathe during the day. They will be able to move inside and outside as they please via the doggy door. They will also enjoy trips to the parks nearby twice a day for an hour of play or walk along the beach. Pre-bedtime walks to help ensure no night time accidents. Guests and Libby will sleep inside in the living room and enjoy lots of cuddles or a calming doggy massage before bed.We would like all guest dogs to be socialised, house trained, vaccinated, and dewormed. I dog sit all the time for at home in the UK when friends, family and clients  go away and I always keep their houses clean and and tidy whilst I'm there.  I understand that all pets have different needs, whether an active dog that needs plenty of walking, or a rat that needs a few hours of being socialable and cuddles, to an older pet that needs medication and just some good company!
It's mostly dogs and cats I've looked after (plus some rats and birds), and have had rabbits, horses and guinea pigs myself, but i'm good with any pet! My name is Chris and I'm 33. I am a dog walker during the day and a personal trainer in the evening. I have been walking dogs for nearly 4 years now and still love it. My girl Tano (5yo large breed desexed female) comes on all walks and leads by example. I originally started walking dogs because Tano (rescued) had separation anxiety and I wanted to bring her to work every day. She has now conquered this! 
We love going to dog parks, the beach or walks in the Bentleigh East area as there are plenty of suitable areas for dogs.  I have an obsessive personality and am far more stubborn than dogs which is great for training and obedience. I also live with a young Golden Retriever called Maple, she sometimes joins us during the day. She is also very friendly and plays well with all dogs. 
I'm just looking for a few more dogs to join us through the week to fill my days. I always like to meet dogs before taking them on, to make sure they will get along with Tano and I can decide which existing group I will take your pup with. 
I am available Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoon for 1 hour walks. I can come to your house and pick up the dog, take them to the beach or park for an hour and drop them home. This can be solo or with other dogs, as requested. If required, I'm happy to refill their water or feed them too. I am also available for house visits. If you need me to feed them, give them medication (no injections) , brush them, spend time with them, do some training or play with my dog for some socialising, that can be arranged. Can also water plants or bring mail in. I am happy to stay for up to an hour. 
I do not offer house sitting, sorry.

Hi everyone ! My names Nik, and I love going on adventures with my big boy Basil. 
After taking guardianship of a 5 year old in tact male German Shepherd for over a year now, I've learnt a lot about behaviour management, safe and responsible handling, and giving my dog the best possible chance at succeeding in our training. They say owning a German shepherd will turn you into a dog trainer, and that's not too far from the truth.&nbsp;
My motivation to sign up to this service is to be able to help other dogs become comfortable in all environments. 
DOG WALKING SERVICE ( read before booking ) : 
This is not a half hour service - and the last place I will be taking your dog to is the dog park. We will be going on nature walks, to the beach, to bunnings and the shops, we will learn how to be calm at the cafe. For this reason my service will be a 1-2 hour commitment. It will be early in the morning (starting at 7am most times). The whole purpose of this experience is to help build confidence in your dog through exercise and exposure to new experiences. This is MOST beneficial for dogs under 15 months old, but also great for all.   
The biggest take away that I have had for this last year, is that consistency and time will naturally create the greatest outcomes. To celebrate the small wins when they happen, and to remain emotionally neutral in the stressful times.  I'm not a dog trainer - but I love learning and improving and I'm fortunate enough to have a dog who is very well behaved with smaller breeds - I can't tell you how many times I've had owners say "my dog usually doesn't like German shepherds, I've never seen him this fine with them".

VACCINATIONS - its totally up to you what you want to do with your dogs health. The only thing I need to see infront of me when I come for pickup, is a healthy happy Dog.
