We appreciated that Alison kept Stella’s routine and timing in place as much as possible. She was great on comms while we were away (not too much or too little). "Jhess was a delight! I came home to a happy and well-fed cat; it’s like I never left. Jhess communicated frequently and consistently with videos and updates. She established a bond with Luno very quickly and because of this, I was able to put my mind at ease while I was away. Jhess was very responsive and attentive to Luno’s needs (e.g., cleaning Luno’s eyes, giving him laxatives every morning, checking to make sure his bowels were regular, a lot of cuddling and sitting with him). The automatic pet feeder broke down while I was away, and I wouldn’t have realised if Jhess hadn’t alerted me to it. I highly recommend Jhess if you’re looking for someone to care for your fur baby. I am using her services again in July/August. 😇"

"Jasmine was the perfect pet sitter for our Staffy! We have renovations going on next door and we were really concerned about our dog being alone and surrounded by the noise while we were at work. Jasmine was extremely caring and compassionate and tended to our pup’s needs.
Took her for multiple walks, sent photos and video updates regularly and even played calming music for her while she was anxious during the day. I was impressed she even took the initiative to update me on Nyla’s water intake and observations on her bowel movements which was a big tick ✅!
Our dog has a lot of anxiety and takes daily medication for her condition and Jasmine was so professional and helpful.
Highly recommend Jasmine, especially if your pet has any special requirements or needs.

"Ambika minded my cat for a week, 2 visits per day to feed her, freshen her water, clean the litter box and to generally keep her company. My cat is extremely shy (usually hides under the bed any time guests are over) so I didn't expect her to warm up to Ambika as quickly as she did. On the second day Ambika managed to lure her out of her shell and we got regular photos and videos of her allowing Ambika to play or pat her. I was really pleased with Ambika's excellent communication and care and it really reassured me that my cat was comfortable and happy while my partner and I were overseas. Thank you for doing such a great job!"
